Imagine being on the verge of an England call up in a side excelling towards European football only to be called "wank" years later.

With all the other bad attitudes and genuinely useless footballers at the club at the moment, I can't help but feel this is a bit unfair on JJ. As with Ricardo, without his injury it's a different conversation and he's one of our best players / biggest outgoings transfers.

He used his pace and power to good effect, he's lot of that with his ACL and achilles injuries.

Just one of those things.

When you reference Bilal do you mean the information about Villa?

We need to sell him but I would then worry a bit about our options at right back

Ricardo - very injury prone

Coulibaly - very out of favour

Hamza - very crap

Unless we choose to give Aluko a proper go but then if he isn’t quite ready…

Ricardo will be right back if fit, marti wouldn’t have made him captain if he wasn’t planning on playing him. Obviously he needs to stay fit which his biggest issue. Hamza 2nd choice and alike 3rd. Coulibaly surely goes on loan somewhere?

He’s an expendable member of the squad. We can get some money for him and cope without him, get him gone.

Woyo has had loads of stick on here, but i was genuinely impressed by the brief appearance we saw, he was our biggest threat going forward that game and I couldn’t believe it when he was brought off.

The lad at least deserves a chance, which he hasn’t been given yet.

This is just silly for me. JJ has his faults sure. But when it all goes tits up for Thomas playing left back, which we all know it can/could, who do we have to play Left Back? Another poor want away in Kristiansen? Great,  Coulibaly who seemingly isn't even good enough to get a sniff right now?

We're letting the best of a bad bunch go imo.

As long as we can keep Ricardo fit for the majority of the season like last time in the Championship then its fine

However if he drops for a few months at some point then it will be a big problem

Also might be an issue if Kristiansen is out for quite a while, we don’t have another left back after Thomas

Makes sense for us to sell him as we do have cover at right back.  Hope we rinse Leeds on the deal! He  comes across as a nice lad who probably doesn’t rock the boat and trains well.  If he can get a good 3 or 4 year deal then that takes him nicely into his 30’s.

Lets hope for a few incomings in Midfield and in the Striking department.
