Will a screenshot of the qr code of the ticket from my ST work if i pass to my bro in law?

It should do.   But I'd recommend sending it as late as reasonably possible (or say an hour or two before the match).

My mobile ticket seems to get its QR Code refreshed every day.     I've no idea if the previous day's QR code would work.  (never tried it!)

Verified EFL Championship Clubs with Digital/Away Ticketing Support

Watford, Southampton, West Brom, Stoke, Norwich, QPR, Leicester, Middlesbrough, and Blackburn have public guidance confirming digital/mobile ticketing and Apple/Google Wallet support in their host setups, or documented away e-ticketing use where noted.

Didn’t make the Middlesboro game and it’s still showing in my wallet ..

Is this likely to be updated by Saturday to Stoke ticket ?

Press the 3 dots at top right hand side.

This will give you several options.

Choose switching off/ refresh and it'll update to Stoke.

Not sure if this helps but last time it happened to me, click on 3 dots, pass details, make sure all the toggles are on green/turned on.. then take your finger and swipe down.. a refresh wheel turns for a couple of seconds and when I went back it had changed..

I didn't receive my digital tickets in my wallet for todays game.

What do people suggest I do as I'll have to miss the game

Bit late now, but should have gone to the ticket office, they would have either help tou get the electronic ticket or have issued you with a paper ticket.

Just had to pay £1.00 to forward a ticket on . Never been the case before (or it was a forced donation to the Vichai foundation, no option to deselect).

Anybody else had the same?

Anyone having trouble for qpr game, brother was still showing his Bristol ticket, he deleted it but now nothing inhis wallet at all. Been on website to redownload his season ticket and it says prohibited as already done once. Anyone know where to go on match day to get this sorted?

I had the same issue, I didn’t notice until I checked my phone in the pub half an hour

before kickoff so I went to the ticket office to join about 50 others in the queue with

the same problem, got to the front of the queue just after 3 o’clock. There was still

about 50 in the queue after I’d been sorted.

Still at least it’s simpler than those plastic cards.
