I said this ages ago, I think it's what they do in Spain. If the big clubs don't want to play replays then I don't think they should have the advantage of playing at home.

Cut out the extra 30mins which is a big advantage to the top clubs with their fitness and squad strength, although I think the should drop it anyway just go straight to penalties.

Germany have it for the initial rounds. 

It's not always the best idea because the smaller club mostly move away from their home grounds to chase after the financial benefit of a bigger crowd. Which defeats home advantage.
