Even the Foxes Trust gets a mention for contributing to 'division' and that statements made would 'negatively impact poor mental health'.

Absolutely beyond belief what tit concluded that.

It's gaslighting behaviour. It's how they've operated the whole time they've been here.

Shame they're not so bothered about Top and Rudkin's impact on our mental health.

So it’s basically a sledge hammer to crack a nut then, isn’t it?!

Why should many supporters be inconvenienced because a) the club won’t re-vamp the away priority system and b) there’s the old trouble maker in an away end (which happens at every club)?

It doesn’t really matter what the reasons are that people are against it when there’s such a small percentage in favour of it. I’d sooner find out why people are actually for inconveniencing their fellow fans.

The hilarious thing is that this is introduced as we plummet to League One. The first time round they tried it was supposedly because of Premier League guidance/advice (well it’ll be a while before that applies) and this time round it’s brought in as there really won’t be a hot black market for tickets to see Leicester away in the third tier.

IMO it’s about nothing other than control and clamping down on a profile of fan the club considers undesirable.

At the 90.minute session on this topic it was revealed that of a selection of 110 tickets over 50% went uncollected. The assumption being that they were not the original purchaser. This means that supporters who should be getting tickets in high demand situations are denied. The mood at the session changed in favour of reinstating sample and targeted checks. I am not surprised the Foxes Trust survey paints a different picture as the question is posed without context. Leicester is not the only club facing this issue and implementing checks with as we see here with mixed reactions. There is no doubt that loyal supporters at times cannot get tickets while those not deserving get around the system. Depending whether you win or lose in that scenario will influence your perspective. The other statistic is that not just a Leicester but more widely is those found to be causing trouble turn out to not be the original ticket purchaser so yes it is to some degree about control.

The constant repeat of every consultation document having the opening pages about communication needed to improve is a sign that it’s not improved. Further strengthening my belief that it was the strong protests and the crowd at the West Brom game which really pressed the club into action.

Increasingly common that the fan engagement framework isn’t working. It’s words. No actions are being acted upon. Fundamental agreement on things such as the away priority scheme (which in turn directly affect ID checks situation - which is an irony I’ll come on to) have delayed by a year because of a survey where people who benefitted form status quo voted for the status quo because there was never a clear description of a proposed new system.

The games which will be cause issues next season on away games are places such as Bromley or Cambridge where the allocations are so low. The issue is good luck finding somewhere at their ground on their biggest league fixture (in their history in the case of Bromley) which is willing to provide the facility with the agreement of the Police too (who at smaller grounds don’t want away fans hanging around for a hour before).

I really don’t know where to start.

I had my car serviced on Thursday.  All the boxes were ticket to prove work had been carried out . One of the boxes ticked was that windscreen washer had been topped up.

Yesterday some 8 miles after I picked the car up no washer fluid .

My point is that just like the garage that serviced my car it seems to me the FAB meetings are no more than putting a few ticks in the boxes.

The whole process is amateurish. Of course there may well have been a bit more to it but in terms of substance but there really is little detail around things that matter. Throw away facts such as a large number of the 4500 new ST holders are under 18 and the limit for sales 22k have been met are interesting but there is little detail around SCMP something that really needed more comment.

I am not having a pop at those that represent the supporters but supporters are not being told anything in the meetings that couldn’t be fed back by say a monthly newsletter.

At the FCC meeting the new fiscal rules were raised but noting the CEO stating they were aware nothing of real use was shared. Personally I felt that they were still unsure despising their initial SMCPsubmittal being due 6 days ago. What the CEO did say was that he was confident we are clear of any sanctions for past fiscal non compliance and that he believed he was now being listened to. These were two items I see as key to holding him accountable for as we move forward. As far as who was not listening in the past you can only assume it was the owner.the season ticket sales bode well for the ability to have a useful spend.

1. As you say, it´s interesting that they´ve sold 22k STs and that 4500 of them are to new ST holders

2. Next time, take your car to a different garage :)

Just seen this on Facebook. Minutes published today from 16th September - Full minutes

Overview

An update was provided on activity across the Club over the summer, noting the

scale of work undertaken across the Men’s and Women’s football operations.

The FAB discussed the ongoing media speculation regarding the ownership of

the Club. Club representatives acknowledged the significance of the subject to

supporters and explained that ownership matters are ultimately for shareholders.

Those present were therefore not in a position to confirm or comment on

individual reports or speculation.

Fan representatives expressed frustration at the limited information available

and emphasised the strong supporter desire for greater clarity on the subject

due to its potential implications for the Club’s long-term future and security. They

asked that their concerns and the strength of supporter feeling be appropriately

conveyed.

The FAB also discussed the Club’s financial position. Club representatives

reiterated that the Club continues to operate normally and meet its financial

obligations, noting that it continues to benefit from the ongoing support of the

ownership. It was explained that costs continue to be managed responsibly

and reduced where appropriate, while balancing the aim to maintain the Club’s

ability to compete effectively and progress from its current position. Fan

representatives sought reassurance about the longer-term financial position in the

context of ongoing ownership speculation, including the implications should the

circumstances or intentions of the current ownership change. Fan representatives

emphasised the importance of appropriate supporter engagement should

there be any future change in ownership. Examples from elsewhere in football

were referenced, alongside the potential relevance of league and regulatory

requirements in such circumstances.

'clear support for away ticket ID checks through the wider consultation. The Club will look for opportunities to pilot checks during the 2026/27 season.'

Are they on the same planet? I can't wait to be the ONLY team in the EFL to be implementing self imposed away ticket collections.

Hidden inside this.

Someone who has been employed by the club for 32 (THIRTY TWO!!!!!) years has been promoted into the role of Head of Fan engagement.

Same old, same old, zero new ideas, zero outside opinions, zero experience from other industries/clubs.

**** the lot of them.

Whole lot of words to say a whole lot of nothing.

Still reads as if those at the table are part of a closed shop and no plans to engage and/or communicate with the fan base more widely.

The FCC meets tomorrow what would you like to see happen any suggestions welcome as most ideas are stale currently. Maybe they will not listen but at least we can raise it.

Rudkin to resign or be removed from his position, as requested by most fans and the @Foxes_Trust.

We might want that but the club are never going to discuss employees with us especially one who is the right hand of the owner. Until a new owner we are stuck with him. Anything they might discuss?

I am trying to engage good or bad but the club has made it clear it’s out of scope. I am certain it will be mentioned I just know it will be ignored. After Saturday I want to remove McCarron but again I am pissing in the wind.

Surely we're well past the point now of pussyfooting around and pandering to the wishes of the club.

The stance of any real fan should be heads need to roll in the most senior positions.

Some ideas aren’t stale, the club are just not being held to account on them.

e.g, Keep banging the drum about the away points, get firm commitments from them about the timeline for plans, who’s owning it from the club side, how they’ll involve the FCC in any assessment of the new process prior to it being implemented.

Challenge them on the lack of response to the Foxes Trust throughout the summer, give them specific examples of not engaging in a reciprocal ticket detail (think it was with Bradford). Ask them if they’ve opened dialogue with other clubs about a reciprocal deal, if not why not?

Remind them again about the request for a sensible approach to Cup games - what do they have planned in case we get a home draw in the first round of the FA Cup proper?

A perfect example of why this was set up. Away ticket ID checks, fast tracked through, top of every agenda and any objections not mentioned.

Reforming the priority system, buried and sandbagged for as long as possible, loads of caveats and artificial barriers in the way.

A farce.

I wonder if any of the fans on the FAB support it? And if they do, I wonder if they ever pass tickets on when them or their families decide to do something else.

Having read yet another gdpr **** up from the club last night with the pre fcc meeting comms. It really is the same names on the list for years now, many of those are attached to certain supporter groups who have shown time and time again an unwillingness to challenge the football club.

We want Rudkin out

Absolutely critical that Rudkin is sacked

Show some bollocks and repeatedly ask for Rudkin to be sacked

Trebuchet the idea of Rudkin being fired into the meeting

Every other work needs to be 'Out'

Other word needs to be Rudkin

**** off Rudkin

Time for Rudkin to be released

I think Rudkin is an incompetent twat and should be fired immediately

Mention the idea of Rudkin being releived of his duties

Evacuate the meeting when they refuse to address the above points

Agree.

However I do think that many others do.

Of course winning football games improves a lot of the feeling around the place and our own towards the club. But for years and years now the clubs attitudes to the supporters and then the clubs actions have created and allowed to grow the feelings of anger/frustration/disillusionment etc etc. This has come from the non footballing side of things. There are people there who need to go becuase they frankly have treated the supporters utterly shamefully .

All great points and most of them were on my submission for the meeting agenda. Away points was right at the top of the list as it is the number one thing I get asked. I think the Foxes Trust can hold their own on non responsiveness. Reciprocal pricing I have raised before interesting that it came up at the last FAB meeting and the club have an action to try. Cup games I am sure we will raise again but they have already pointed out it’s not totally in their hands I think some smaller clubs expect to make more money when they come to Leicester. Hold me accountable to come back here with responses by the end of the week.
