How are the scum bastards getting away with giving an allocation so low the ground holds over 30k we gave them 3200???

I know right. Can't wait for them to finish on 9 points in prem next season after lampard leaves them

Only have to give 2000 tickets in the championship.

Will be back to 3000 when in the prem

True, but most clubs have a "reciprocation policy".

So the clubs that we have given 3000+ to, we'd expect a similar-ish allocation in return if they have a 30,000 capacity ground.

Obviously, when we're away to someone like QPR, we're only going to get approx 10% or whatever is their normal away allocation.

No disrespect but like we said, there will always be some willing to pay anything and then we moan why football is gone to the dogs...

the times i went Cov when we were both shite we took 4k/5k and even 3k for a 0-0 draw on a friday night which was on sky. how they've come to roost is beyond me. i usually don't care about them but the way their fans are going on is as if they've won it already and lauding the high ticket prices. begs belief.

To be honest i completely understand why some people might not pay it and I agree it's stupidity priced but I generally just enjoy the time I can spend with my dad nowadays. I probably won't be able to get tickets anyways

You can sum Coventry's fanbase up in that a good section of their supporters have continually defended these prices this season. That's despite them having to slum it etc in League 2 etc. I get rationale against us and Birmingham, even though I disagree but the prices v Swansea are even worse.

Their owner has basically come out and said if they are still in the championship next season and there is no cap the tickets for this sort of fixture with be £60-£65.

LCFC ticket website confirms allocation as 2127.      That is really sh*tty bearing in mind we gave them the full 3200 at our place.

Does it really matter, the allocation is not the biggest issue the price is.

Err, yeah, actually they both matter.  Shitty price and shitty allocation.

Been trying to give 5500 to anyone that will have them as they get about 15,000 for years. Scum

Hopefully we take much less than the allocation anyway given the price

Annoyingly it's actions like that, that then justify other clubs doing the same and charging stupid prices. Beer price on the cov home end is £3.50 and then £6/7 in the away end.

Cov fans laugh at it, but once again it's very rich people taking advantage of the working classes

Scab behaviour from them when disappointingly they've been in the shit etc. They will wake up when the PL season tickets go on sale.
