We have a fractured fan-base. A schism.

We need something to bring us together. Something we all believe.

Foxes Never Quit is proven false. The Faith has been Kept. We've been let down.

We need something we can all agree on; and I think I've found it - bemorecoatsworth.

Trouble is our management can’t fix the mess the club in.

I quite liked the days footballers looked like me and you and like theyd just been plucked out of the pub 😂.   These days they wear bra tops for gods sake 😂

Eh? Is this a dig against Gary Coatsworth? He was a cult figure in his brief time at Leicester and not just for his hair. Played a key role in the play off season 93/94 and played in the final and set up the equaliser. Scored a couple of cracking goals too. Sadly injury ended his career shortly after whilst still at the club.

I’m just confused what bemorecoatsworth means? Is it good or bad? Coatsworth wasn’t a footballer that was easy on the eye footballing wise, but not all of our players were in that era and nor was the division. He did however play with maximum effort, often playing through injury and had some great moments with us.

Sorry just checked YouTube it was at home to Luton. Away at Barnsley that era was Julian

Coarsworth also scored 2 cracking goals at Barnsley in a 3-2 win. I was there!

Didn’t he declare himself fit to play once with an ACL injury and had to be told no by the the club.

Do you need ACLs if you just run in straight lines

I shall clarify.

Its a positive, back to basics, do what you can, mentality.

Leave nothing out there. Be the best you can be. If in doubt, clear the ball. If your mate isn't pulling his weight, help him (but tell him).

Don't be weak and don't tolerate weakness.

He is the figurehead of the operation because he was bald and a no-nonsense centre back - and those are the best (and in my mind ONLY) kind of centre backs for Leicester City.

AND it brings the fan base together to have a normal looking guy giving his absolute all and putting himself on the line for our club and playing with pride; despite some limitations. The stories of him playing through pain and injury (I don't doubt are true) are what I'm talking about. A refusal to be beaten.

I'll be honest; I really thought this would take off. I've printed stickers and everything.

Gary Coatsworth ran a pub in Broughton Astley for a while I'm sure :D

Does he still? We need to know? All round Coatsworth's if we escape relegation on the last day (or even if we don't I suppose)
