As I've got older I prefer the Winter Olympics over the Summer Olympics

I prefer it, but also has to do with being in Canada and the winter games suit us a lot better than the summer.

There is a lot of fun to watch events, especially in recent years with all the snowboarding and more X-games style stuff.

And curling! lol

Love Courtney Sarault. 2 silvers and 2 bronze in speed skating so far. Easy on the eyes too. Get some tissues and then Google image search. Lol

Think she has 1 more race in the 1500, hope she can find gold. It would be sweet to get 1 of each type for her. Probably a long shot though.

I've always loved the Winter Olympics. I remember skiving school in 1984 just to watch Bill Johnson in the men's downhill.

The Men curlers are into the last 4 at least .

Will play Canada or the Swiss who have won all their games .

Knockout match, anyone can beat anyone.

I've enjoyed the curling in the past but found it a bit dull this time, and competition goes on a bit lol

Find myself just wishing they'd hurry up and get to the last couple of stones in each end.

Lovely goal by the Swiss in OT to win the bronze over Sweden in the women's hockey.

And a great shot to force an extra end from the Swiss against the US in the curling, too.

They need to win it for GB to go through.

It's the hope that kills you.

Well, there were opportunities before and you don't really want to go into the finale needing other teams to help you out...

You better not lose to that bunch of wasters. They've caused enough problems today and before.
