The most damning thing to say about Rowett is that he is worse than Cifuentes. That’s a statistical fact. Sacked by Oxford ffs, what did the club expect?

Sacked by Oxford. Oxford stay up. Appointed by Leicester. Leicester go down. 

 

All he had to do was watch our previous games to see that it wasn't working and what needed to be done. But no. Carry on with the same formation, players and 'style'

Rowett was firefighting at a newly promoted team hoping to avoid relegation last season and then sacked this season.
I don’t think there is any argument to be had that results have got worse, even though Rowett has had more players at his disposal.

You think it’s simply down to the worst squad ever in the championship, and that a miracle worker is needed to achieve wins.

I believe someone more competent than Rowett could’ve achieved more than one win.

Not sure how anyone can defend him, if we wasn’t in such a shit position financially he would be sacked. It’s the type of form that got him sacked from Oxford, and when the Oxford poster was posting he was remarking on the same shortcomings in Rowetts managerial skills they previously seen.

Which tells your it's not just the players, its the whole ethos of the club. If Gary was out only option then this club has been in the dirt and not recoverable for a very long time.

His post match interview was interesting, basically said to the players it may not affect you going down but it affects a lot of other staff around the club. Worrying if he knows it aint affecting the players
