What if we beat Ipswich on Saturday?

Ipswich are quality with threat all over the pitch, but their possession style isn't effective at creating chances when teams going there shutting up shop with a low block and threat on the counter. That's what they struggle against and it's Rowetts speciality. He beat them with Oxford playing that way earlier this season

 

Plus, we are a bogey team to them. I wouldn't be shocked if we come away with something much like the Boro game

Who do or don't beat in our next game really isn't a concern at the moment, the focus needs to remain on getting the ownership out.

I was researching our record against Ipswich, my boss is an Ipswich fan and remember having some decent results against them.

I understand the disdain towards the team, but our weak fans have thrown the towel in already.

 

Whether it’s anger that’s required or vociferous support, we just show nothing. Fanbases like Everton’s don’t let this malaise happen. 
 

You can say the team have given up, but the fans have too.

One of the worst fanbases in England period. The pessimism and cynicism typical of Midlands fanbases without any of the grit and backs to the wall mentality that you'd also expect from a Midlands working class city team.

This is true. Ipswich have failed several times to beat a team parking the bus. I get the impression by reading this thread 0-0 would be an acceptable result.
