I feel like Norway/Senegal should be really good.

 

Edit: Just noticed it's in New Jersey, so probably not going to be very nice weather there either.

Philadelphia is one of the few World Cup venues that has a grass pitch year round. Many others use artificial turf. I’d tend to think their drainage system is up to the challenge…Can’t recall any drainage issues in years of watching NFL games at this stadium, too.
