Exactly can we trust that going forward we maintain this mindset, or do we go back to slow possession football, in which every team can simply wait for a miss pass and pounce and score lol

Exactly.

I expect old habits die hard, but today is absolute confirmation that any injection of the Leicester pre-2016 philosophy would see us steamroller this pony league.

Hopefully the penny finally drops for everyone at the club, but I won't hold my breath.

Just off it a little - Doncaster have had two good chances in quick succession.

Could do with some changes - but the bench doesn’t really help with that - you’d probably want to change the wingbacks (Thomas & Alves) and put a fresh midfielder on.

The final obvious change would be fresh legs for Riis - but Bristic isn’t on the bench.

At work not watching, how are we playing?

Are we 4 or 5 at the back?

First 25 shit, much better since, some nice quick direct play… slowed down a bit since going 2 up… but controlled

back 3 with Alves and Thomas as wing backs, Lundstram and Page as DMs and Chaplin and Cullen (subbed on for Braybrooke and Doyle respectively) behind Riis
