Slightly off topic, but Messi, CR, James, Bale, Robben etc would be scoring better goals that the woman's one all season long against opposition like that. It took skill, obviously, but still...

Anyway what odds did you get on James goal?

4/7 but it was so obvious it was worth a big punt as I was about 350 up for the weekend so I took 150 out and lumped just over 200 on it.

I'm on algeria to win it @ 9/2 as well. I couldn't find anything on a player of the tournament etc cos I wanted to go mahrez.

yeh same. I assume if Ivory Coast turn up an play their best they should win? Are Senegal shit now, too? Or do algeria have a really hard group? Them, Ghana, Senegal and South Africa seems well harsh considering some of the guff in the competition.

Any bookies doing NRNB? I think if it runs and the ground is okay it will win with too much class for the others.

 

not that i have seen, decs are in tomorrow morning though. think the fact he's not fav shows how likely the bookies think he is to turn up. 

 

if he's out the way dodging bullets should stroll home (hopefully).
