Imagine running a betting group and earning £260,000 a year JUST IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES that's before having a bet of your own. Obviously this would have to be classed as a business any idea on the tax involved on money like that??

There is quite a few people who do this.

For starters you will have to charge VAT once you hit 70k and the tax is like anything else 20% corporation tax then you would have to take a wage out of that 40k a year if your bringing in 250k, you would still make a healthy profit, pm me if you want to go ahead with it I would be up for that I got the tools and knowledge for it to happen.

ante post bet for Cheltenham.

faugheen champion hurdle 5/4

annie power mares hurdle 11/10

sprinter sacre champion chase 7/4

silviniaco conte gold cup 11/4

don poli national hunt chase 7/2

dynaste ryanair chase 5/1

vatour jlt novice chase 9/2

pays 7200/1 if they all run. no runner no bet.

tempted for a few quid just to see how it gets on. also means I can back a few outsiders in each race.

if I throw in jolly allen at 16s it takes the odds to 123009/1 but as the novice chase is normally 1st race of the week I think. it could come crashing down early.

not 100% sure but you might wanna check they're not NRNB/NRMB on singles only or something daft.

i'm using all the money back i got for one solitary bet tomorrow, barton gift @ catterick, @ 11/2. already in from a bigger price, should handle the huge trip and goes on any ground, but the good to soft that is forecast for tomorrow will be ideal after he went well enough on soft last time out when finishing second. e/w play as it should definitely be there or thereabouts, hopefully a winner.

Fell on the flat lol

It isn't me. I know someone who runs his own gambling group, different from the one I was in but still £30 p/m.. silly money

yeh first qualifying bet you get your stake back I think it is. so like tenner on a fgs, then tenner on a correct score or something you just get one free tenner (I think)?

Well ive only got one free bet back from first an last scorer bets last night so unless one is just on its way then it appears that is the case. I've never read the ts an cs tho tbf

I've got a free £5 bet to use on the horses at sandown and wincanton, when do these said meetings take place as the free bet expires on the 10th Jan?

The last meetings at these two tracks were on saturday 3rd jan. Next one is Wincanton on the 15th. When is the free bet valid from? Maybe its for last weekend.
