Up for the day overall by about 20 quid mainly due to horses. All football bets went pretty badly, had a cover bet on Crewe @ evs to avoid any losses. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Understand the Bournemouth and Howe bit, but Wigan always seem to play better away from home.

I knew Wigan would win. As I said, they are better away from home. Apart from when they play the likes of United, City, Chelsea etc I would always look at their odds.

Tonight was a shambles. Thought the odds were decent so spent a fair bit on a six team acca and the 20 trebles for back up.

Didn't even get one treble come in! Sunderland, Hull, Stoke and Fulham all let me down.

What a poor night of betting, luckily covered half my losses with Crew, Sunderland losing to Bolton was the main one for me, stupidly put them in two accas.

always have a look at the 'to qualify' odds in cup matches rather than diving straight in to the 90 minutes market

Had my biggest ever bet today (playing with bookies' money) on Baby Dottie, which I got at 5/1 in the 3.40.

It is showing as won, but now as 'enquiry'.

I really really really hope it was won.

Would make a decent raid on bookies' wallets recently.

I had a little bet on Graeme Dott the other night and I swear he threw a frame, he missed 3 or 4 sitters and when I say sitters I mean SITTERS...

You could tell that something was amiss by his exaggerated expressions, dodgy as fook.

Got £1.50 on Wood anytime for Friday too. Was gonna stick it on Leon Clarke fgs @ 5/1 but chickened out and he scored <_<

Also, over 1.5 goals in Cov v Tranmere, Barca v Malaga, Man Utd v West Ham and Chelsea v Saints, £1 returns £5 odd.

Cheeky £1 on Swansea to win returns £6.50
