Matt Posted 8 April 2006 Posted 8 April 2006 I used to use it, I could tell it was going that way, you couldn't say anything without getting an arguement started, there seems to be a group of people that stick together if your not in that "group" get off the website, I was in that group I spose but after all the arguements I left for here, I was using both but am now on here perminent and i've not used the OS for months...might have a pop in later.

Katy Posted 9 April 2006 Posted 9 April 2006 I think the problem is with the OS messgae board is that its not moderated (which obviously FT, TB etc are) hence people can say owt and nothing will be done. Its sadly gone down hill over the past year or so thats why most of their posters have come on here more often.

It needs to be moderated.. and have a little work on the technical side of things to speed it up a bit. Good bunch on there, to be fair.

Some people will look at a poster's post count and think "can't know what they're on about, they've only been here a month" when in reality they could be a very big supporter of the club and know their stuff but have only just discovered the messageboard. It's very obvious when you first join any messageboard, it seems you have to prove your worth before the "group" will take what you say seriously. This place is no different unfortunately.

The post count means nothing. I was the third person registered on this forum and even I, yes even me , talks crap from time to time. What you write or don't write is more important than the number of times you write.

There must have been a lot of lucid posts with nodding and agreeing and people getting on. No cockbadgers though.
