filbertway Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 that man has some guts! also he is extremely stupid! That's just reminded me, last week against plymouth there was a plymouth fan with his shirt on sitting in the kop
Collymore Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 that man has some guts! also he is extremely stupid! I disagree, When two clubs are in the same city they are forced to get along to a certain extent (i'm talking about your average fans). I know when religion gets dragged into football it can complicate things, but I've seen both sets of supporters happily getting on with each other in pubs that are suppose to be 'one club only' boozers. If he was shouting obscenities and causing trouble then yes, his wellbeing would be in danger!
Stevosevic Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 Celtic and Rangers is a unique rivalry though.
Collymore Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 Celtic and Rangers is a unique rivalry though. Definitely, but it's not Baghdad!
Fez of Mahrez Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 Definitely, but it's not Baghdad! Baghdad City v Baghdad United is a killer.
SystonFox Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 and when Baghdad Rovers get involved because they are at home that week too all hell breaks loose so my Baghdad Rovers supporting mate tells me.
The People's Hero Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 Baghdad City v Baghdad United is a killer. It was like a 'warzone' before the untimely and much lamented demise of Baghdad Rangers though (the team of the common man - they just didn't have the financial backing. When ITV Iraqi Digital when bust, that was it).
filbertway Posted 18 November 2006 Posted 18 November 2006 One of the worst rivalries must be panathinikos and olympiakos, their fans absolutely hate each other, and they have banned away fans from the fixtures
