bold_fox Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 It is terrible yeah. Must be really scary for young girls living in that area. Makes you think what sort of a world we live in when people do things like this. The poor girls mixed up in this are in a bad enough situation as it is !
Katy Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 This is quite horrid, prostitutes are in a very vulnerable situation anyway and you would need balls of steel to do that job I think. I hope they catch the b*****d and quick!

They do think they are all linked, whoever it is has got to slip up at some point if he continues.
Lord Nibblington Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 No i am not. They do think they are all linked, whoever it is has got to slip up at some point if he continues. It would be nice to think that the police could figue out who it is and catch them before they kill again, rather than rely on a slip up... but why do I get the feeling that they will have to rely on one. Ho hum.

Suffolk_fox Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 It is a chilling sort of thing to happen - As was previously mentioned, these girls are very vulnerable and to have such a tragic end to a sad and miserable life is nothing I would wish on anyone.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 Its all a bit eerie and reminds you of the Yorkshire Ripper etc... how this guy / these guys prey on the most vulnerable people is sickening....
gatesheadfox Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 Its all a bit eerie and reminds you of the Yorkshire Ripper etc... how this guy / these guys prey on the most vulnerable people is sickening.... preying on any person in that manner is quite sickening i think. killing randoms (i assume) makes no sense, not that i'm up for killing people i know...but no motive is just odd
Thracian Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 It's close to the port of Harwich. That's where I'd start with my enquiries. Find out which ships were in port when the murders occured. Sailors are travelling away from home and wouldn't be missed by anyone once ashore. Many would be familiar with the red light areas and one might have held a grudge after being ripped off or perhaps done-over at some time by a pimp. Another line of enquiry would be the trucking community. They work alone. Harwich/Felixstowe is the end of the line for their loads. They might have time to spare and might know the location. Again, once their lorries are stopped for the day, they'd not be missed and there are so many trucks arriving in that area from all over that checking people would be difficult and time consuming. If it wasn't a grudge the other obvious person to look for is the publicity seeker and anyone with an unhealthy interest or pronounced fascination with the Yorkshire Ripper case or any other highly publicised serial murders. Or, of course, someone whose life may have been blighted in some way by contact with such people, either through blackmail, disease or even neighbourhood disturbance/threat. Whatever, it must be awful being a girl and living close by. Let's hope he's soon tracked down.
Dr The Singh Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 A fourth girl has gone missing. That's terrible!! Let's hope they catch the culprit asap!!!
Head Honcho Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 I read something the other day about this just being the tip of the iceberg! There are dozens of girls many of them from the sex trade who've been missing now for years and they could all be connected. Makes you think why it hasn't been that high profile until now though doesn't it Some bright spark down the station suddenly put two and two together and got four instead of the usual three
Finnegan Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 I wouldn't take too much heed of the missing reports until more substance is found. Let's be fair, with something like this going on, a girl's only got to be gone a few hours longer than she should be and everyone she knows is going to panic.

Lemon Harpic Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 one might have held a grudge after being ripped off or perhaps done-over at some time by a pimp. Or, of course, someone whose life may have been blighted in some way by contact with such people, either through blackmail, disease or even neighbourhood disturbance/threat. Worst analysis ever. If I was charged with building a psychological profile of what makesthe killer do it, I'd go for something with a little more substance than "Oh, he's probably doing it because some whores kept him awake at night, or he was ripped off for £40 by a hooker." If being ripped off is enough motivation for murder, then the entire country would be awash with dead bank clerks, estate agents and the like. It's a touch too simplistic for me. When Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman disappeared did you automatically assume that they had been killed by classmates who supported Liverpool or Man City? My guess, based entirely upon watching too much television, is that the killer has deeper issues than once being given VD by a dodgy prostitute. Perhaps his mother worked in that industry? Is Richard Pryor still alive?

People wanting out before the game kills em and the bastards who control em deciding they know too much and there's no more dough to be earned out of em.

You were wasted at the Sunday Sport mate.

Daggers Posted 11 December 2006 Posted 11 December 2006 Worst analysis ever. It's a shame that didn't feature on the FoxesTalk Awards. Knackered of the Yard would have walked it Personally, I am looking forward to the next installment of Inspector Thracian Investigates...funnier and more clueless than Clousseau
Wils Posted 12 December 2006 Author Posted 12 December 2006 Police have said the they think the third prostitute was strangled, someone heard from the fourth prostitute yesterday but the 5th is still missing. Just drove past the brook in my village where they found the second body and there still searching it. Also in Ipswich on Friday night there was three shooting's in a night club and one man died. Whats going on around here

My guess, based entirely upon watching too much television, is that the killer has deeper issues than once being given VD by a dodgy prostitute. Perhaps his mother worked in that industry? Is Richard Pryor still alive? Just cos most normal people wouldn't be motivated to murder for those reasons doesn't mean that there aren't some sickos who would be. Human beings are capable of much worse things than that.
bold_fox Posted 12 December 2006 Posted 12 December 2006 Unconfirmed reports of a Fourth body found ! ! !
