I'd love to get him in. He got West Ham playing some good football and I think he would get rid of our defensive style of play and start getting the team to push up and play it along the floor which is what we are better at.

My only concern is that he signed the vastly over-rated Robert Green. Shit goalkeeper.

To be honest i think he is a good manager any club would like to have him in. I think some of the players have still got hangovers from last season and without ashton its quite hard.

They're stupid if they sack him.

Too bloody right. Our fans talk about how unfair it would be if Kelly got the boot but look at Pardew. Had a phenomenal season last year and although they are doing crap this season at least he's got results in the past to warrant some time being given to him. The thing is, West Ham have never been the patient type. The fans didn't warm to Pardew at first and although he proved them wrong last season, the first sign of trouble and i'm sure there's been further unrest from the fans and board. The egg-head will want to stamp his authority early on aswell.

Their loss, hopefully our (very unlikely) gain!

Curbishley has got to be odds on favourite there now, unless the egg has a foreign dude lined up.

I feel very sorry for Pardew, a great manager who can't really be blamed for WHU poor season that much.

Would love to see him at Leicester.

Probabley, hope he ruins them. I've never shopping at Iceland again.

I like West Ham, always have for some reason. My favourite club from London. I like Pardew aswell, a decent bloke who likes to play proper football. I know everyone will jump on the bandwagon now, but if there is the smallest of small chances of getting Pardew here then i'd be as happy as humanly possible given the likely potential managers we could attract. It's all about timing though. Pardew might want some time off, but if he doesn't and we are the best club available (hopefully with some cash) then perhaps he'd been intrigued to give it a go in the midlands.
