Flynny Posted 1 September 2007 Posted 1 September 2007 Wahey! Some shocking keeping here, as well as defending.
Simi Posted 1 September 2007 Author Posted 1 September 2007 A shocker from Derby. It was more a awful game for Derby than a fantastic one from Liverpool. Babel looks special.
Flynny Posted 1 September 2007 Posted 1 September 2007 Lovely goal by Bale. Shame he's Welsh, actually.
lildave3 Posted 1 September 2007 Posted 1 September 2007 That Derby game was hilarious, they were so shit! Brilliant stuff. Bob Malcolm has to be the worst player currently in the prem.
BigGibbo Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 That Derby game was hilarious, they were so shit!Brilliant stuff. Bob Malcolm has to be the worst player currently in the prem. yeah they should of knocked them for 10 & the league table reads like a wet dream at the minute
Geo V Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 I saw a bit of MOTD this morning and two things I couldnt work out, Alan Hansens beard and Kamaras over-head kick that looped over Robinson. A great goal but surely he shinned it?!!
Mickey O'Neil Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Lovely goal by Bale.Shame he's Welsh, actually. I know what you're saying there, I agree he should be in the green of Eire!!!
Brainy Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Alonso, Torres, Babel, Berbatov, Bale, Kamara, Anelka, Bellamy, and Etherington.. Brilliant goals
adam Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Berbatov is absolute class. The way he took that goal yesterday was quality . Wish we had him!!
Bryn Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Etherington is a class act, should be closing in on an England cap.
Geo V Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Etherington is a class act, should be closing in on an England cap. Really? I don't think so at all with him. He may have been sold if Boa Morte was fit as the Hammers signed him to replace Etherington. He has a decent shot on him but is way off England class IMO.
Milky Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Etherington is a class act, should be closing in on an England cap.

lookwhaticando Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Etherington [...] is way off England class IMO. That's incredibly harsh. He's not that bad.
dandannieldanok Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 I don't care what anyone says, Kamara's goal was a fluke
Bryn Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Etherington has been one of the best players in a good looking West Ham side this season. I think he's a quality player, he has pace, finishing ability, crossing ability. And evidently has a decent character which sees him want to keep fighting for a place in a team which tried to replace him with the underwhelming Boa Morte.
Mikey Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: Ashley Young played brilliant. In a way (if we get to it) I hope he plays against us but in a way I don't. :w00t: Also good to see an ALL English Midfield as Villa have. Well Done MON
Koke Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Atmosphere at Villa Park sounded electric. Compare that to the Emirates and the prawn sandwich eaters at Old Trafford. Good for Villa, I'm happy for them.
Tommeh Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Atmosphere at Villa Park sounded electric. Compare that to the Emirates and the prawn sandwich eaters at Old Trafford. Good for Villa, I'm happy for them. Agreed, loving what villa are doing atm. They're probably my favourite team in the prem. Good fans, fantastic ground, of course MON and the with players like Young, Agbonlahor, Reo-coker and Barry their building their foundations with english players. Really glad for MON a top 8 place for them is easily reachable and I think they'll be looking to do well in the cups too, although that could be a problem for us in a few weeks if we beat forest.
lildave3 Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Blackburn are another team looking good. I think we're in for one of the best seasons ever in the prem tbh.
Koke Posted 2 September 2007 Posted 2 September 2007 Whatever people may say about Blackburn, I simply love them and their team. And just like Villa Park, they produced a good atmosphere at Ewood Park too. Not some 70.000 spectators, but a bunch of hardcore passionate fans. Love it. They play excellent football too, despite people constantly associating them with Fat Sam's hoofers. .
