Leonisco Posted 31 December 2006 Posted 31 December 2006 A few years ago I was on tour with my orchestra (yes I know I'm sad ) in Spain, and we all got arrested by the police because there were people standing up on the coach as it was driving along the motorway. So these two guys come on the coach, guns and everything, checking all our passports, and they were just about to leave us with a warning when they discovered our booze supply stashed at the back of the coach. So they took us to the nearest police station so they could fine us and fill out all the paperwork, or whatever they do, took them fooking ages so we were just left wandering around some crappy Spanish town with nothing to do in about 40 degree heat! So by the time we left we were about 10 hours behind schedule, so didn't get back to Leicester til a day after we were supposed to. And guess what? We're goin back there this Easter!

Alexikokopops Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Got done for shoplifting when I were 15. Rebel rebel. Avoided arrest in Australia last year by saying we were just drunken Pommies. I helped my cousin do some drunken climbing on the war memorial in the middle of Hyde Park in Sydney (it seemed like a fun idea at the time) and within 5 minutes a police cars had driven over the park sirens blazing to come and have a little word, followed by backup 5 minutes later in the form of another car. After being search for drugs and graffiti stuff the asked us where we were from and we said we were just drunken Pommies, it'd all be ok, and they let us off with a warning. Woop woop.
