Im under the impression Kasabian, Artic Monkeys and Arcade Fire are definatly playing. Arctic Monkeys have said they're doing one big gig up north (the LCCC gig) and one big gig down south (possibly a festival) so they won't be doing V if they do Glasto. It's strange, they want to avoid doing arena tours too apparently so how they're going to "tour" any album in future, I have no idea.
