Ric Flair Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 And now clubs are being linked with Henderson! http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=4...ON+FOXES+KEEPER The plot thickens. You'd imagine a fairly healthy fee if someone signed him. Oooh ya devil! I'd take anything over £50,000 for him.
Geo V Posted 11 January 2007 Author Share Posted 11 January 2007 Some of us were chatting about keepers elsewhere but it would be further great news if we could get a few quid for Henderson too? He is a good keeper IMO but Logan should be No1? It would be great to think that we could make £200-300k for Henderson too....
Manwell Pablo Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Oooh ya devil! I'd take anything over £50,000 for him. Highly rated?! How is he highly rated!? have they seen him kick a ball?

Ric Flair Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Get rid, anything over £50,000 and bounce him out. Great shot stopper, but his kicking is turgid.

He's out of contract at the end of the season, he can't kick and he's not even that gooder shot stopper, he's had a bit of good form so now is the time to get rid for some moonneeyyy! Cal Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Might aswell just sell the whole lot and start again, bar a few.
Toby or not Toby Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 logan is a more than capable replacement, cash in before he leaves for free
RowlattsFox Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 depends on who we get in as replacement. if villa are interested then maybe stuart taylor ould come back! id rather have him here than have douglas as back up keeper.
syston_fox Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Unless we get a more than fair offer in, we should keep hold of him. He's been doing well and if he leaves then we'll either have to bring Rab Douglas back through to the squad or try and find more backup for Logan! I`m not sure Taylor would come back to be 2nd choice mate. I thought he was quality when on loan to us and its a shame we didnt sign him permantely then. BTW Wonderkid! Fox in a Box Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Get rid. sell them all shut down and start a new team up without the foxestrust involved.,
lookwhaticando Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Get rid, anything over £50,000 and bounce him out. Great shot stopper, but his kicking is turgid. I wouldn't mind if he departs - particularly if we get some money from the move. Come on Martin, you can't rely on coco the clown in goal forever, and you know it. Might aswell just sell the whole lot and start again, bar a few. At the rate we're beginning to ship them out, we just might be doing that... Unless we get a more than fair offer in, we should keep hold of him. He's been doing well and if he leaves then we'll either have to bring Rab Douglas back through to the squad or try and find more backup for Logan! We only really need two first team goalkeepers, providing their both fit. I'd rather get shot of one keeper, have one first choice (Logan), a backup option and some cash reserves just in case we need further backup (on loan, for example). We simply can't maintain three first-team goalkeepers any more, so we shouldn't try to.
MC Prussian Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 This feels like Li-La-Wonderland out of a sudden. Mediocre players leaving on an almost daily basis, the Mandaric deal soon to be done with, other (mediocre) players rumoured to go... What could one wish for more? Maybe some snow? AND NO FRIGGIN' CAPITALS IN THREAD TITLES ANYMORE???
Master Fox Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Oh well. We'll take the money thanks! This is great! Hopefully we can bin a few more players!
lookwhaticando Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Highly rated?! How is he highly rated!? have they seen him kick a ball? Didn't people rave about him as "the best shot stopper outside the Premiership" when we signed him from Bradford?
Fox in a Box Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 I'd actually get Dean Kiely from Luton...... on a contract (on loan from Portsm )
bigneville Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Decent keeper, wouldnt say he was premiership material though. Let him go. Logan is as good in my honest opinion. 200k - 300k would be a nice little fee...
fosseman Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 I don't mind people leaving the club. Overall, City have been so poor over the last few years I can't say I have an attachment to any of them. If we're going to have a massive clear-out, that's fine by me. 1884 Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 Logan didn't keep a clean sheet when he had his little run. I think henderson is our best keeper.

TAFKA Castroneves Posted 11 January 2007 Share Posted 11 January 2007 I'd like to keep Paul myself, but if we get offered some really silly money then definatly get rid. I'd say no to anything under half a million, I'm sure Rab could do a job until the end of the season on the bench when we could look at some further options. No wonder MON wants him, he was excellent during the Villa game.
