Louise Posted 20 February 2007 Author Posted 20 February 2007 *bumps* Thoughts on tonight's episode/s? Thought the BBC1 episode was a bit better than last weeks, loved the start.

Manwell Pablo Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 *bumps* Thoughts on tonight's episode/s? Thought the BBC1 episode was a bit better than last weeks, loved the start. Missed the basterd because the shit football made me forget it was on. Balls.
Ric Flair Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 I thought last night's was excellent. Gene Hunt was piss funny last night, one of his finest episode's. Simply the best british series on TV.
Zingari Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 that wpc or dc annie cartwright is so wishy washy ; surely they should have got a more feisty type in that role;
Flynny Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 that wpc or dc annie cartwright is so wishy washy ; surely they should have got a more feisty type in that role; Dunno if you're on episode three, but she's even worse in that. She's the only bad actor on the show, really.
Rincewind Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 damm, missed it. For5got because of the City match. Is it repeated?
Flynny Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 damm, missed it. For5got because of the City match. Is it repeated? Don't think so. I think you can watch it on demand if you have Ntl digital?
Rincewind Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 It's OK just found it on that NTL freeview. Watching it now so I don't forget.
potter3 Posted 21 February 2007 Posted 21 February 2007 The Episode last night was much better than the 1st one, there was much less 'weird' stuff.
hairy Posted 27 February 2007 Posted 27 February 2007 On tonight, so don't forget! FA cup action tonight. Its on BBC4 but it is listed as being the first episode.
Louise Posted 6 March 2007 Author Posted 6 March 2007 I take it everyone watched this tonight though!
stez Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 I take it everyone watched this tonight though! of course! (tuesday before last on bbc3 )
Leonisco Posted 7 March 2007 Posted 7 March 2007 Some classic lines from Gene Hunt last night: "That man's got more lip than Mick Jagger" "Phyllis, you might want to start searching all the "O's" in the phonebook"
Louise Posted 15 March 2007 Author Posted 15 March 2007 Hope everyone remembered to tape this on Tuesday. Swingers ay.
Louise Posted 15 March 2007 Author Posted 15 March 2007 Oh, and for those worrying that this is the last series of Life on Mars, it's rumoured Philip Glenister is going to be starring in a spin-off called Ashes to Ashes set in the 1980s.
lookwhaticando Posted 15 March 2007 Posted 15 March 2007 Oh, and for those worrying that this is the last series of Life on Mars, it's rumoured Philip Glenister is going to be starring in a spin-off called Ashes to Ashes set in the 1980s. I'd read that. Not too sure what to make of it... can he still get away with being such a vicious bastard in the 80s? I wonder if he'll police a miners strike.
Louise Posted 21 March 2007 Author Posted 21 March 2007 *attempt to keep thread going* Everyone enjoy it last night then?
Geo V Posted 21 March 2007 Posted 21 March 2007 Im so gutted I have missed so much of the new series for one reason or another. Does it get repeated during the week??
Rincewind Posted 21 March 2007 Posted 21 March 2007 If you have NTL/ZVirgin you can watch episodes on their freeview channel. I'm not sure if I've missed any with them moving it about.
Louise Posted 21 March 2007 Author Posted 21 March 2007 This week's episode is going to be shown next week on BBC4 at 10pm, after the next episode is shown on BBC1. If that makes sense.
Daggers Posted 21 March 2007 Posted 21 March 2007 Dear Sir, It may interest your readership to be informed that I have just sighted my LOM of the Spring. Surely such a belated sighting would infer that we are on the bring of a cataclysmic climatic shift resulting from global warming? Any government worth its salt would have instructed the populace to have watched out for this endangered series; I shall be pledging myself to watch out for any future little episodes that appear in my front room. Yours sincerely, General Timothy Crotch (Mrs)
Louise Posted 28 March 2007 Author Posted 28 March 2007 Everyone enjoy it last night? Can't believe there are just two episodes left.
