Life is essentially sh*t. It fills in the bit in the middle between the bookends of life and death.

We shouldn't fear relegation. League One is no more or less sh*t than most things in life.

We only live for so long... How would you fill the time if you didn't have LCFC?

Have you accomplished everything in your life yet? Have you actually been to Oldham or Yeovil or Hartlepool?

Do you remember how bad it felt to lose to Blackburn and Swindon? And because of that, how good it felt to beat Derby and Palace?

Even if we were relegated, you couldn't just walk away, could you?

I haven't really accomplished anything in my life yet, but if my life takes on a greater significance from us getting relegated and me going to Yeovil away next season, then Forza Rob Kelly and his unstoppable bandwagon towards the lower leagues.

I past careing TBH for some reason i'll still keep pouring my hard earned cash into the bottomless pit called Leicester City and for some reason i'll still keep turning up to see overpayed players play football, but say 3/4 years ago if we lost I was seriously pissed off, I used to hit walls, shout, go mad, e.t.c, and when we won nothing seemed to upset me the best feeling ever! In the past 2 years maybe 1 and a half years if we lose I don't care like water of a ducks back, i'm used to it, its normal. If/When we win I don't care either, I feel no sense of happiness when we win now, because I know the next week no doubt we'll lose again. And when we draw you've guessed I don't care!

I put it down to the players, They show no passion, they show not much care, the don't give a fuk, It obviously rubbed of on me/other fans (If you feel the same way)

The only match I as a fan have been really fired up for was Villa. Because the Leicester players showed some fight. Most/Every match they just don't give a fuk and as I said that mentality must have rubbed of on me as a fan.

The sad and annoying point for me is it's like a drug, I don't want to go and watch Leicester anymore, I don't want to waste any more of my hard earned cash on Leicester but I can't help it, It's like an addiction.

I just got confused and thought I was reading the Cocktails thread in General Chat, I thought it was a bit weird to be moaning about Leicester City in a thread about cocktails but then I thought, well, it's Matt...

Oops.

Agree with every word by the way.  :P

We won't go down, if we finish 4th from bottom this season thats good enough!!!

The build on from there. look at derby. Finished 20th last year.

u have hit the nail right on the head there mate, i feel exactly the same! rapidly losing interest but feel i cant turn my back and i have to go week in week out. however i have managed to tear myself away from a few away games this season.

been thinking for a long time now that relegation is almost certain, and the fact my housemates keep saying it i`ve almost prepared for it

Thats been the plan for about 3/4 years now though...Nothing seems to change. Yeah I know Milan's coming in  but I can't see that being the end to all our problems.

I'm perfectly prepared for it. If that is what it takes to shake off our negative philosophy and to get in people who want to attack games then it won't be an entirely bad thing.

Even some fans have a "this isn't the time to play football attitude" but until it changes and until we, like an alcoholic, admit that spoiling, hard-to-beat football simply isn't good enough to achieve what we want we will never start moving upwards.

We might tread water endlessly, but we will win sod all.

Winners don't contemplate "second" - not in a tackle, not when it comes to fitness, nor when it comes to the skills required to score goals, and keep scoring goals.

Winners are so focused they down even like losing the toss.

Hmmm, MON's teams were winners and hard to beat, so are Chelsea.

I think I understand what you are trying to get at, but your ideology will never come out in any team, even LCFC U18's.

Been saying it for months...

People were told we would go down or close to it before the start of the season.

When will they listen?
