Stevosevic Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Dodds scored again yesterday, just seen it on the championship
Simi Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Dodds scored again yesterday, just seen it on the championship Didn't they play Friday?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Dodds scored again yesterday, just seen it on the championship That was the same goal.
Babylon Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 4 minutes into his first start and a goal! what a class act Cross by Glenn Murray (Rochdale), goal by Lewis Dodds (Rochdale) right-footed (low centre of goal) from right side of six-yard box (6 yards).Chester 0-1 Rochdale. Assist (cross) by Glenn Murray (Rochdale) from right by-line. The fact he scored for Rochdale against Chester says it all... i'm not even going to read any more posts. No doubt calling for his inclusion

Babylon Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Yeah, you stick to Horsfield. Have I ever said a word in favour of him? I don't talk average players up unlike some.
Thracian Posted 18 March 2007 Posted 18 March 2007 Have I ever said a word in favour of him? I don't talk average players up unlike some. After yesterday's disgrace I'd give anything for "average" in a City shirt.
davieG Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 Dodds Deal Extended Leicester City striker Louis Dodds will remain on loan at Rochdale for a further month, it was revealed today. The 20-year-old forward joined the League Two club in February, and has to date made four appearances for the Dale. And the young forward will now remain at Spotland until April 21 as Rochdale look to continue on their recent good run of form which has seen them go eight games without defeat. Dodds got off the mark for Keith Hill's side in their 1-0 victory over Chester City at the Deva Stadium last week.

Babylon might take the piss but at least Rochdale want to keep him and sound as if they've got something going whereas I don't feel like that about any of our loanees.

Dodds will sign for someone else.
Geo V Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 Hopefully the lad does well enough to earn a contract for next season. I fear though his chance has gone with us.
Joe. Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 Pity we don't send Horsfield up there on loan from a loan. Pity we don't just send Horsfield back.. <_<
The People's Hero Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 Have I ever said a word in favour of him? I don't talk average players up unlike some. Brilliant. And I agree!
Manwell Pablo Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 Pabloe is right. Dodds will sign for someone else. 7,000 posts and you still can't spell my name .
MBK Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 7,000 posts and you still can't spell my name . I like provoking people.
Thracian Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 I like provoking people. You've gone to the right place.
MBK Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 You've gone to the right place. Btw Thracian you still haven't answered me. Any idea of how many goals Gradel has scored so far between reserves and academy?
Thracian Posted 22 March 2007 Posted 22 March 2007 Btw Thracian you still haven't answered me. Any idea of how many goals Gradel has scored so far between reserves and academy? Not exactly. The OS will tell you how many goals he's scored for the Academy (look under match/Academy/results and scorers) and he scored about the same last season - around 25/30 goals all told plus a few more for the reserves from memory.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 25 March 2007 Posted 25 March 2007 Rochdale won 7-2 away at Stockport yesterday, Dodds started and didn't even get one! Release him!
Babylon Posted 25 March 2007 Posted 25 March 2007 Rochdale won 7-2 away at Stockport yesterday, Dodds started and didn't even get one! Release him! What's this... the best finisher since Pele didn't even get one during a complete spanking of the opposition.
Anish Posted 25 March 2007 Posted 25 March 2007 No doubt he was the one making the off the ball runs and taking defenders out of position for others to score. Oh, and that counts as an assist by the way.
Hullfox Posted 25 March 2007 Posted 25 March 2007 What's this... the best finisher since Pele didn't even get one during a complete spanking of the opposition. Your problem Babs is that you have blinkers on. Despite not being anywhere near any of the goals, he was in fact credited with 4 assists, a penalty, 3 throw ins and tying up his own laces and tucking his shirt into his shorts. A striker's contribution comes in many forms you know - pass and move, move and pass. Why, at one stage he even showed petulance by sticking his tongue out at the Stockport keeper. Don't ever underestimate the value of youth or else you'll end up as bitter and twisted as Hullfox.
Mad Dog Posted 25 March 2007 Posted 25 March 2007 Rochdale score 7; the first mention of Dodds is when he was subbed.
