Seems like your Foxes forum is gradually being taken over by Leeds !!!!!!!

Relegation ? Well if it happens , it happens . It's not like we're not prepared for it as we've been fighting the drop all season but we have Leeds in our veins and always will .

Whatever league we're in we'll still be Leeds and proud of it .

MARCHING ON TOGETHER

Need to get rid of Wise he's a clueless clown, you deserve better.

Sat on the front row just behind him, he looked like he'd got Gus's trousers on..dragging on the floor he kept having a go at an old bloke next to me, all of 80 +. Should know better than responding to the crowd

Left the game and drove 'home' with gus to London...says it all

Going nowhere with him

lol @ this thread. "omg forum invasion lol wtf!!!111."

I have to say though, I think this is fooking gold dust:

Leciester fans think they are something special & give off an arrogance similar to ManU.

You what? Get your prawn sarnies out, boys. Woraload of toss.

You have got what you don't deserve.

Dennis Wise......................................Hope you can survive as your too big a club to be in Division One shame your manager couldn't fit that status.

You need to get rid of him and get someone in that knows a bit about managing a football team instead of kicking anything that moves. He has the grace of a tiger that is 15 minutes late for feeding and yet you have a team far better than where you are. I doubt its the players that have the wrong attitude so one should look at the manager.

Wise he still in charge I do not know

Down a division watch them go

Mighty tuff but very un wise

Wise the reason for Leeds demise.

Good bye Mr Wise.

COME ON YOU MIGHTY FOXES

Anyway, respect to you boys. A good friend and a family member are both Leicester, so I keep an eye on their scores. I've always felt, given the size of the city of Leicester and that you're the only team from there, that you had the potential to be a bigger club than you are. Maybe you will one day. :)

I wasn't at the match but cheers for the compliments guys - always good to hear praise for your fellow whites. To be quite honest, we haven't stopped singing home and away (particularly away) since we dropped into the relegation mire in the Premiership days. It’s the only thing we can do to even slightly alter our fortunes. You've got to give it your all right? Part of your responsibility as a dedicated mug fan.

I have to say, it never ceases to amaze me when I read misinformed bollocks on other clubs forums about LUFC. Don’t take it personally, you’re not alone. A couple of bits of info to clear up your confusion:

The "We are the champions, champions of Europe" (WACCOE) chant was, as another poster pointed out, invented after we were robbed in the EC final back in the seventies. It was sung at the time to reference the fact that we did everything right to win the game only to be robbed by (reputedly corrupt) officials time and again during the match. The chant stuck and has been sung ever since. Nowadays is sung with a degree of irony but sung mainly because it's what we have always sung, it has history!

The Chelsea/Man U rivalries. If any of you believe this is a new thing, you're either very young or very ignorant. Leeds - Man U is well recognised as being one of the most bitter rivalries in football. I live in Manchester and continually find myself on the receiving end of anti-Leeds bile - even more than on a Foxe's forum :P Anti Leeds songs are sung with more gusto and regularity at OT nowadays than anti scum songs are at ER in my experience. Ditto for Chelsea although the rivalry is more recent and was born out of pitch battles during the seventies. It's never been a case of thinking that we are still "one of them", it's just historical guys.

It seems that most clubs have this impression that Leeds fans haven't accepted where we are now. Unfortunately, the reality is the exact reverse. We know exactly where we are and just where we're headed. There are good reasons why we are here but none of them will stop us getting back to the promised land in the long run. It'll take a lot of time but we will be back there one day and you never know, we might wind up meeting you lot when we do. :)

Great spirit I must admit but I just cannot see Leeds ever rising to the heady heights of yesteryear.

Will Leeds be the last team this happens to ?

Be interesting to see what happens at Chelsea after Abramovic, rich Russian buisnessmen do tend to have a high mortality rate.

Selective reading! To be honest, most of us couldn't care less about "dirty Leeds" comments and calling our fans tosers, scum etc. It probably says more about you lost than us. We'll take the compliments and treat the other comments as the typical behaviour for the hard of thinking football fan. We are no worse and no better behaved than fans of any other club. What we are though, is louder!

We all know about the Man U rivalry thats famous Yorks/Lancs and I know it goes back years but I don't believe for a second Chelsea give a stuff about Leeds United (anymore), they sing about us more than they do about you! You weren't the only clubs with firms in the seventies.

And as I said if/when you go down your big games will be Huddersfield and Bradford :D.

When you've suffered what we have over the last five years, you almost become numb to these types of jibes. We know the reality, we know where we're (probably) headed. It doesn't hurt that much anyomore, once the body has absorbed enough blows, it becomes numb to the rest.

The Chelsea rivalry was born from battles on the pitch, not pitched battles off it, althought these were of course commonplace too. Try asking a Chelsea fan (a proper one, not one of these plastic moulded ones littering the provincial streets) which teams they hate, you might surprise yourself fella.

This should make uneasy reading for our new friend Mr Breath.

Talk about unpallatable truth!

Home Office Report 2005/2006

I've seen it before. It doesn't really tell you much though, does it? The figures are very small right across the board. We're talking in figures of 10's rather than thousands - what does that really prove? So the likes of Coventry and Sheff Wednesday have had more arrests than Leeds. Hardly notorious bad boys, are they? Coupled with the fact that Leeds have by far the largest travelling support in the CCC and one of the biggest in football, it's hardly surprising that we have a FEW more arrests than some.

That would involve finding one first :D Hence the "anymore" most fans down the bridge these days probabley couldn't even tell you were Leeds is. You have to remember that most people hate Leeds United. :D

You have to be the most defeatist set of fans ever, if I were in your shoes I'd be reacting in a completly different way, the run in you have I honestly expect you to get out of the bottom three before the end of the season.

Leeds have always been loud, even back in the days when they had donkeys like Vinnie Jones playing for them. Away support is usually when the hardcore fans come out and have a sing song anyway so it was to be expected although they havent got much to sing aout being bottom of the league with a midget for a manager.

It does question the home fans though when it comes to noise generated. They are not the first team to come to Leicester this season and be noisy and they probably wont be the last. The vocals at our place will hopefully improve but Ive been saying it for ages, some people like spending money to turn up and moan instead of turning up and thinking "Im having value for my money and getting stuck in singing, regardless of whats going on, on the pitch". One of the funniest thing I read on the ultras thread was some people saying they were embarrassed to sing LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!

Bloody hell hope you're right but we haven't strung back to back wins together for practically a whole season. If we don't find a way to do that very, very soon, we're doomed.

There's a surprising amount of optimism still there with most Leeds fans but last night's result at Plymouth was a big blow. We're running out of games and there is a creeping sense of inevitability about our season begining to fester.

Dig a little further and you'll see you actually do quite well away from home, it's at Elland Road where you can't behave!

I just thought I'd throw that report in to show the statistics do back up the reputation. It'll be awhile before you can shake it off I'm afraid.

But your comment was the Leeds fans are no better/worse than those at any other club.

Leeds/Cardiff/Stoke/Millwall are ALWAYS towards the top end in terms of arrests/bannings.

Using arrest stats is not helping your argument very much fella. We've had 30 or 40 more arrests in a whole year than Leicetser. I make that roughly 0.011% of fans who attended all the home games in that season. What the hell kind of point is it you're making here?
