Noticed the extras thing. Well over 150 in our favour in 3 full and 2 part innings. Wonder if they'll crack the 1,000 barrier before September !

Closed on 311/5 from 96 overs, unless they really step on the gas tomorrow morning, I can't see us achieving maximum batting points.

I reckon the latter considering Northants struggled.

Wow, what an afternoon.

I definitely think the pitch has changed massively, we're effectively 313/6, if we can put another 50-100 on tomorrow before lunch, we're in a fantastic position.

Loved it, compared to the MCG it has character. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony of the pub tho may head back tomorrow. Solid day to see 21 wickets and over 300 runs and some nice people who thought the aussie accent was stramge

In todays game there's no reason 4 hours isn't long enough to bowl a team out or get 300 runs

This has annoyed me as well! In the previous games they didn't make up for lost time when they could have played on until 7:00-7:30 when the light was good. Or even start at 10:30.
