STUHILL Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Ahhhhhhh Can't get rid of the git, saying in BBC gossip column that he has turned down both Hearts and Motherwell, to stay at Leicester!
Mort Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 For Christ sake! can't the tw*t just fook off, no one wants him, he's never going to play for us again, he's allegedly sparked a fair bit of interested from Scottish clubs and he rejects a move... unless fooker!
Blue Bob Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Ahhhhhhh Can't get rid of the git, saying in BBC gossip column that he has turned down both Hearts and Motherwell, to stay at Leicester! Lets just hope this is crappy journalism at its best, just because talks have been on going for sometime. I cant see that he wants to stay at city and fight for his place as he has been transfer listed, it is claer MA doesnt want him that is why he is training with the kids. The only other thought is that they have not offered him enough money so he wants to stay and sit out his contract by keeping the bench warm like Rab has. Daft approach if this is the case as he is much younger and would basically **** up his career - limited I appreciate but he still has one.
Tubes Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 whats the chances of MM paying off the transfer listed players that are still with us come mid august?
Geo V Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Greedy buggers. Why these transfer listed players wouldnt want to move quickly to get there kids in new schools, buy a new house and get stuck into pre-season training is beyond me! They`ll rather rot in the reserves or stay put as long as possible on a better wage and be unhappy!! Hughes, Rab and the rest, please fook off now!!
BartonFox Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007  Bunch of hypocrites. Of course you'd all go and jack your contracted job in to take a lesser paid one, wouldn't you? There is a very good reason Hughes hasn't gone to Hearts and it has f'ck all to do with money.

BartonFox Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Don't tell me someone sent them a dvd of him in action. Hearts is one messed up Club at present and Motherwell is not a viable option they can't even offer a third of his salary here and he ain't on that much anyway.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Don't tell me someone sent them a dvd of him in action. :D

Thracian Posted 11 July 2007 Posted 11 July 2007 Don't tell me someone sent them a dvd of him in action. Collectors item if it shows him in the penalty box.

Also if he loved playing football so much he woudn't mind taking a pay cut too play the game he loves.
Leicester Lass Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 Blah blahSet to go in the other direction soon is City midfielder Stephen Hughes, whose £50,000 move to Hearts has been delayed as the Scottish Premier League club had been on a European pre-season tour. http://www.thebluearmy.co.uk/details.asp?b...6269754|p|536|0

Tubes Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 Practising with the schoolboys every week will get pretty humiliating after a while. especially as they are most likely running rins round him
Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 July 2007 Posted 12 July 2007 It's a shame the way wages are these days that players seem to favour money over first-team football. I'm not saying I'd be any different but it's just another nail in the coffin of the way football was when I fell in love with it. These situations would happen in the past but there wasn't such a huge difference between the wages different clubs would pay.
