Although I was intially surprised at Allen's sudden departure after all he'd said - I wish Leicester and him all the best. I also wish McLeod all the best should he leave and it is possible, given the right coaching, that he might be good at Leicester. We don't have a forum like this at the MK Dons so it has been quite interesting to guage opinion and perhaps offer some feedback on a player that i've seen play numerous times. Before anyone else wades in on the back of the last few spikey comments others have made, why not read the rest of the thread?

I don't have any other experience with this kind of thing with another club, but this forum does seem pretty good. Speaking about online stuff...one thing that is exceptional about Allen is that he will really keep you updated on your main web site and that's whether you win, lose or draw. Hopefully Ince will be of the same way of thinking.

But yeh, it is quite a good touch, but maybe he should spend less time worrying about the fans and more time worrying about the team? I can't judge him anyway we haven't played a game under him yet.

Well I hope a decision is made soon whether to go all out for him or drop our interest because the specultion has become tiresome.

Yes I know what you mean. Will he be fitting in with our plans next season or yours all gets a bit exhausting really. Now we've actually got a new manager things might start to happen one way or another. I'm sure Ince will be wanting him to stay and will ironically be giving him the same sweet talk as Allen gave him this time last year. Realistically I'll be seriously surprised if he doesn't go though. Be warned though, if he does go to you the one thing you've got to watch out for is his temperament. He's easily capable of getting at least one yellow each game and if he's not taken off he'll end up with a red. He got a couple of bans last season and on his first match back after his first ban was red carded, so ended up getting another straight ban! Allen did manage to put a lid on it a bit but I suppose his fiery nature is part of his game and ultimately there'll be only so far you can tame the beast before he loses his edge.
