Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 June 2007 Posted 12 June 2007 Yeha but still, it was crap. I couldn't believe my mates made me go. I mean the chant of the game was the slow clap which took 10 mintures to spread.Awfull. And the standard of football was almost as bad as out Women's team. Don't know why people bother. What?! Porter and O'Grady were playing LIQUID FOOTBALL THAT NIGHT! Thracian told me.
Manwell Pablo Posted 12 June 2007 Posted 12 June 2007 What?!Porter and O'Grady were playing LIQUID FOOTBALL THAT NIGHT! Thracian told me. thats Levi "Napoleon" Porter and Chris "The Biz" O'Grady to you.

I mean the chant of the game was the slow clap which took 10 mintures to spread.Awfull. And the standard of football was almost as bad as out Women's team. Don't know why people bother. Pardon? If I recall it was a mutual agreement. What?!Porter and O'Grady were playing LIQUID FOOTBALL THAT NIGHT! Thracian told me. Did Porter play? O'Grady scored a good goal, his second and last for the club
Ultra Posted 12 June 2007 Posted 12 June 2007 O'Grady scored a good goal, his second and last for the club He looked quality that night. Then again, the opposition was not exactly Champions League standard...
Lester LXXIV Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 It's gonna be Port Vale (h) for defo! Would be happy with that, the missus is a Vale fan!! I'd prefer Brighton (A) though, a lot closer!

Foxhateram Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Tuesday, 14 August 2007Accrington Stanley v Leicester, 19:45 Conference team, watched my local team Exeter play them a couple of months back, they were incredibly poor, Exeter won 3-0. should be an easy win for us, but then again i dont like saying that when it comes to leicester because we will probably under-estimate them and scrape a win.
Manwell Pablo Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Erf, Accringtons a long way to go on a Tuesday night.
Zingari Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 have we ever played them in a meaningful fixture before ?
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Now we'll see just who was right in the famous Accrington Stanley Away Debate between Manwell and Ultra.
Manwell Pablo Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Now we'll see just who was right in the famous Accrington Stanley Away Debate between Manwell and Ultra. Ah, but we (probabley) wont be on TV.

mancunianfox Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Now we'll see just who was right in the famous Accrington Stanley Away Debate between Manwell and Ultra. It can't be that famous. Anyone?
The People's Hero Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Bollocks. It's already been done. Accrington Stanley away? Pah!
Ric Flair Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 Somewhere near me. Away. You won't even need to finish work early for this one son!!!
Manwell Pablo Posted 13 June 2007 Posted 13 June 2007 It can't be that famous. Anyone? Ultra said we'd have no problem selling out our allocation for a televised 1st round league cup game away to Accrington Stanley, and I said we wouldn't sell out in a month of Sundays. Really I'm in a no lose situation, if we don't fill it I'm right, and if we do he's still not right becuase the game wasn't on tele (I assume)
