Pretty much a rigid 4-4-2 I'm fairly certain although it'd be good if fans of those clubs could shed some light. He does seem to like his wingers though (Brooker and Tabb at Brentford, Dyer and McGovern at MK Dons...)

He does seem to like wingers, and why I imagine the team I picked wil be nothing like what I suggested. Its just that I couldn't pick any wingers to play right now as we dont have any (Gradel excepted before Thrac comes on here). I still have faith that MA will make another 4 or 5 signings before season kick-off.

Still think we need a more experienced left-back and more options on the wings on top of that but I would be happy with a team along those lines.

Hume* Cort Job/Fryatt I still think that the midfield looks weak for a team that wants to be challenging at the top end of the league. Hopefully another centre midfielder in that can create chances. It is yet to be seen whether or not Hume can play effectively in that position. I would of liked to of seen another striker in personally. Job has a decent goal scoring record but with Fryatt not really looking like rediscovering his goal scoring touch, and Cort at risk to injury we could well do with a striker. Hard to come to a decision as to where Heilings will fit in.

Also I fear that would be very narrow with each of the midfielders and strikers tending to stay central, therefore encouring hoof-ball.
