lildave3 Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Anyone got a spare seat in a car of something? Jamie has a match ticket but no way of getting there or back. He says he's willing to pay.
Guest Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 4 quid is a joke price. The end is gonna be full of kids. Absolute nightmare. The kid I'm taking is intending to give the home support hell. people on here have been saying its unfair on regular away day fans who didn't get tickets, but don't forget there wil be a lot of fans who don't go to away games simply because they can't get there. It would be impossible for me to get to a game outside the Midlands. This doesn't make you any less of a fan if you can get to this but not others. I'm also away EVERY weekend more or less with our family buissness so I go to every mid week game I can possibly get to, home or away, most of the time its home simply because I can't get to away games. Still doesn't explain why those who make more of an effort should miss out. This whole episode has been shambolic. Thank goodness I've got my tickets, or there will be hell to pay.
Sparky Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 absolutley wounded , no tickets for me me and originalrobbofox are regular away dayers and were gonna go and i suppose its our own fault for not going down monday but just didnt realise that there would be such a demand . anybody wishing to sell then think of me 1st please

Durnerz Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Got my ticket Block W row F. I do feel for those who didn't get one but having made the long trip to Accrington this is one of very few away trips or even normal games i'll be able to get to.
Ashley Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 brilliant , the official site says sold out I've had alot of people tell me were getting an extra 900 go on sale tomorrow. I hope this means i have a ticket for the game because my friend orderd ours today. Also i think it says on SCUMS website that 900 tickets have been giving to us
RowlattsFox Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 900 more go on sale tomorrow morning ..In the brain clough stand BLOCK T Is that actually official, i know it said on the forest site but has anyone said there on sale in the morning?
Glen_lcfc Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 no is the answer to that. It is on the Official site of forest which makes it official - but as someone has said - Our OS may not announce them due to backlog of pre-orders? I do not think we will get any kind of update on this untill first one into the ticket office tomorrow. However that may well be me. Did anyone say they were put on the reserve list earlier today? If so how did you get on it?

They shouldn't miss out, but neither should people who can't get to away games normally (or home for that matter)

Glen_lcfc Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 cheers Ashley. One question - how can you confirm that it will go on sale tomorrow? I cannot see anything in the article to suggest that?
Raj Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Ive been a ST holder for many years. Dont get to many away games(if at all any, last one was Charlton in the Cup!) I have no qualms about not getting tickets or this game to people who go regularly to away games. They deserve to go more than me. BUT £4 for under 18's??? Hope it aint gonna be a Chavfest, and i've missed out to some spotty 15 year olds who don't regularly go and are going for the wrong reasons!!!

Ashley Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 cheers Ashley. One question - how can you confirm that it will go on sale tomorrow? I cannot see anything in the article to suggest that? I've been told by some people that they will be going on sale tomorrow. However this hasnt been confirmed. My surgestion is to ring the ticket office up tomorrow EARLY AS POSSIBLE and try to order ticket (s) for your self and friends. I hope this helps
lildave3 Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 I wish.I am so out right now. Ha! No change there then...
Guest Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 They shouldn't miss out, but neither should people who can't get to away games normally (or home for that matter) In an ideal world, everyone who wants to go should, but we don't live in an ideal world. Therefore, I would give priority to those who do go more often to away games than those who don't. This is how it is supposed to work, and I am pissed off for those who aren't going next week, but got a good soaking last week, without which this game would not be going ahead.
Simi Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Ha! No change there then... But I have consolation !

I think Leicester City should re sort to a ticket ballot.... The more away games you go the more chance of getting a ticket (s)

For some reason i thought Monday was for Priority ST holders i.e Those who go away, get ST's stamped saying they've been away, hence are classed as priority. Do they still do this???

Although my friend who I was with is good friends with Jim so we went to him and he gave us the tickets for the game
