Simi Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Where the **** are all these 4400 fans for the league games about a quater of that figure were at palace on saturday, and I'm willing to bet that out of those that did go palace around 3-400 will not be going forest due to the ludacris ticketing methods. sometimes I don't even think st holders should get the best priority for games like this, it should be the ones who got drenched at Accrington, the ones who spent near on £100 for a day at palace, and the ones who constantly follow city round the country spending fortunes. I'm 17 so I got my ticket for £4, but tbh I think £4 is too cheap as it just gets all the part-time chavs going. Agree completely. I didn't even know until last night that they changed the priority. I do feel genuinely sorry for the people that have missed out that regularly go to away games, Plymouth last year springs to mind. I wonder how many of the 4,000 plus will show up at Plymouth and other away games this year?
lcfcking Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Hopefully I've got my tickets, was filling in my Order Form about 1PM so sounds like I'm in, but you never know. All those people that go to away games (Like myself who went to Accrington) should get more priority than those who never go to away games, it shouldn't matter about season tickets, the priority thing should also be introduced for non-season ticket holders, it's a discrace.
stripeyfox Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 EVeryone stood all game from my recolection last time. Can still remember the pain when Forest equalised deep in stoppage time. The place went mad - like they'd won the league or something! Got spat on by the upper tier as we made our way out. Nice.
PAULCFC Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 i think everyone stood last time at forest. Was all good. Block z row j..........hope to be standing!

Last time we played there it was us that got the late equaliser. Certainly not everyone was stood up at the 02/03 game when they equalised in about the seventh minute of stoppage time.

Can hardly remember what happened yesterday, never mind years ago.

Hullfox Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Well I hope that the fookers who moaned about spending £4 for a ticket and £10 for travel have a good night out and are up bright and early for school the next morning. Similarly I hope the 3000 or so bandwagonjumperonners get their tickets early for our regular night match at Burnley that they attend year in year out.

foss1884 Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Foxes Fans Snap Up Tickets Posted on: Tue 21 Aug 2007 Leicester City fans are snapping up tickets in great numbers for next week's Carling Cup second round tie against Nottingham Forest at The City Ground. They have already sold out of their 4,400 seats in the lower tier of The Bridgford End Stand and have now been allocated another 900 tickets in T Block in the Brian Clough Lower Stand. Said a Forest spokesman: "Obviously, there is a lot of interest in the game because it is a local derby. And there is the added attraction of Neil Lennon being in opposition to the club where he was such a popular figure." (quoted from www.nffc.co.uk)
lcfcking Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Have just read that same link on Forest site, which means 5,300 allocation but the club haven't released these details yet. Wires crossed maybe??
Joe. Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 RING ME YOU BASTARDS!!! They'll be buggering off home now at this time.....
foss1884 Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Have just read that same link on Forest site, which means 5,300 allocation but the club haven't released these details yet. Wires crossed maybe?? I have a sneaky suspicion these tickets will go directly to the fans that have already given their details and pre-booked. It is highly unlikely any more will be released for general sale, which is a pity. I wonder how many fans we could muster if there was limitless tickets?
Glen_lcfc Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Does this mean they will go on sale tomorrow 9am for the other allocation ? Does this mean that if you order on internet before tomorrow you will get them ? how incompentent the ticket office are !!! any more info will be great

There may be a small number left over. I wonder how many tickets the club pre-booked before 1.15pm?
