Tubes Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 im in the forest end should i not get tickets anyone else going to be doing this and if so where abouts?
adam Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 I do agree that fans that follow the team should get some recognition above the go to the walkers about 4 times a season and then decide they want to go to the playoff final at Wembley types. But sorry not ST holders. Im a non season ticket holder but plan on going to every away game this year. The problem is ill get no more priority over a season ticket holder that never goes away. Unfair in my eyes.

Tubes Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 A Block isnt that where you get the forest nutters?
Unit Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 got mine, anybody know how much the travel things are? I want to get foxestravel because I can't be bothered with the fuss of getting the train and all, how much is it?
PAULCFC Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 I've been a season ticket holder for years, but this is the thing....The club never actually say what priority 1,2and 3 mean (Accepted in this case it didn't mean a monkeys!)When i got my ticket today i asked Jim(legend  )and got it sorted out.I'm now priority 2 and if i go to 10 away games this season i'll be priority 1.Very amateurish way of doing things in my book.Sorry for all the other st holders who didn't know about the missinformation on the os.
Asha Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Im going next tuesday and have a season ticket but dont go many away games, and feel sorry for those who went to Accrington and Plymouth last season and who dont get much recognition for it. However the ticket office fooked it up for me as well. I'm 15 and paying £16 for the match ticket because they clicked adult instead of juvie on their pc. Worth it though, i guess. Feel really sorry for people like DavieG though who have missed out because of this. I think the city fans who only go on the big occassion should be blamed as well though.

maddog Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 A bit harsh on the ticket office people because they usually do a good job, it must be hard for them to have such a demand for tickets for a match and have to try to give out tickets fairly to fans. For a start they should limit to one person buying 5 tickets at a time to stop fans bulk buying like 15 or 20 at a time. Leicester haven't had demand for tickets like this in years and years so it will only be a one off.

Contradicting yourself there...
Asha Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Contradicting yourself there... But go 23 games a year...unlike some.
Alexikokopops Posted 21 August 2007 Posted 21 August 2007 Contradicting yourself there... No he's not, because you conveniently didn't highlight the "season ticket holder" bit. By "only those who go on the big occasions" I assumed he meant those who go to a couple of matches a season, maybe when we're playing a big team in the cup for instance.

When i went down this morning there seemed to be alot of people buying up more tickets in bulk than you'd normally see.The lad in front of me asked how much adults were and was told £16 then asked for 10 more child's!Hope the turnstile ops at forest are ready for a creche!(or not!)

To be honest,i dont think it matters which end of the ground you are,due to the ineptitude of our ticket office i'd imagine that a lot of forrest fans will be in with us
