Tubes Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 I'm not missing it. But I've only got a ticket cos they sent Holly two for no reason. I was trying to get tickets for others, all of whom went to Palace unlike about 4,000 of the people who are going to Forest.I'm not going to let their mistakes placate me though. I'm still angry that their incompetence could easily have meant I missed this game. i think there are many of us agree but instead of us all moaning about it on here we should be emailing the club so it wont happen again
Trumpet Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 To be honest, a lot of people will go to this who didn't go Palace. It's easier to travel to for a start. Costs much less. And its Forest.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 i think there are many of us agreebut instead of us all moaning about it on here we should be emailing the club so it wont happen again I've already emailed them 3 times in trying to get tickets. Going to wait til they've sold out and the fuss has died down before I email to complain about it.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Hayley in the LCFC ticket office, I could kiss you.
Joe. Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Hayley in the LCFC ticket office, I could kiss you. Finally then.
Trumpet Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Where are we all sitting then?? Everyone SHOULD stand up, who cares about the women behind you, if most people stand, the rest will have to follow, surely, if not they won't see the game
Daggers Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Hayley in the LCFC ticket office, I could kiss you. She obviously doesn't read FoxesTalk then
Fez of Mahrez Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 She obviously doesn't read FoxesTalk then I have no problem with the staff, it's the management's organisation skills and the setup itself. I do a similar job to the staff in there really so I am always polite and grateful to them over the phone.

Tommy G Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Just to change the subject slightly from ticketing rants. Does anyone think there will be trouble after the Forest game? I know its heavily dependant on the score and alcohol consumption but hopefully it will be well policed. After the Blackpool game, im sure some of you lads must have seen it. A fight broke out outside the Away exit/entrance between some scagheads from L1 (probably 15-18yr olds) chanting lines like 'come on lads, were leicester, lets ****in have 'em!...I mean the policing was sh!t but who expects it against Blackpool of all teams? I was pissed off because some copper pushed over one of the chavs straight into me, and almost knocked one of my mates over. Dick heads... They all give the abuse inside the ground... but when it comes to the crack outside when theres no coppers about I can guarentee 90% of those people will be running!
samlcfc1 Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 the last time we went to forest we only took just over 2000 and the atmosphere was pretty crap, but this time should be great and hopefully we should win , up the blues!
willy37 Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 recent evidence would seem to suggest yes, maybe with the exception of barnsley away last season. Surely with 5300 at forest this is gunna be a special night
toonfox Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 People who went to the ticket office today before 9.30am have they DEFINATLY got tickets...?
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 Ticket office just phoned me and i got 5.... Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Durnerz Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 With this being a local derby i'm sure it will be noisy, depends on the stewarding really, I remember last time they threatened to eject people for standing and singing for a bit then sitting down again and for £31 we will damn well stand!
Flynny Posted 22 August 2007 Posted 22 August 2007 recent evidence would seem to suggest yes, maybe with the exception of barnsley away last season.Surely with 5300 at forest this is gunna be a special night So your hypothesis is that lots of fans mean not much noise, so 5300 away fans will mean a 'special night'? What?
