Didn't expect my post to spark much of a reaction but i agree with almost everything you have said, i was responding purely to the original post about Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland competing in South Africa, but England not being there.

I'm not proud of my England team, they are a group of over paid, over rated players. Wales are achieving more than us in relative terms and of course you have every right to be proud of that, but in terms of qualifying for World Cup 2010, it's too hard to predict.

Didn't mean to cause offence, i possibly should have explained my original point better, but is was only a response to Barton Fox stating England would not be in World Cup 2010. At this point i would say England have the best chance of the home nations, but the manner in which we get there and perform in the finals, i'm sure will not be something to be proud of.
