My weekend has been pretty good to be honest. :D

Today I've so far cleaned the car. Still need to iron shirts for work, write some stuff for work tomorrow and then finish off making mum's birthday present.

It's her 40th so making a framed collage of baby photos, pictures with her late father etc.

Nice one, I did something similar, she'll be crying all day if she's anything like my mum lol.

My day off is looking good so far. Just woke up, cant believe ive been properly ill for a week now!

Work was good last night, hectic until 12:30 then we all just gathered around the bar and had a few beers on the boss who had left early :P.

Brilliant match earlier, now to watch Scouse/Manc match, Hammers/Arsenal, then first half hour of Fener/Gala before 6 a side where we will inevitably lose.

Decorated my room, went to look for furniture but didn't see much my wallet could take a beating for, travelled back to Reading and ironed my shirts for another week at work (altho only a 4 day week and also includes watching City!!!)!

I'm, theoretically, on holiday yet all I have to look forward to is a long list of chores that includes:

  • Do the washing up
  • Dust
  • Hoover
  • Wash the wooden floor
  • Clean the bathroom
  • Bleach the sink
  • Clean the kitchen
  • Unblock the shower plug
  • Defrost the freezer
  • Clean the oven
  • Water plants / chuck out dead flowers / replace with fresh flowers
  • Empty the bins
  • Do piles of ironing
  • Tidy up the garden

I think I'd rather be at work. :(

Bad day!

Worked 'til 4.00 this morning - the joys of self-employment.

Went to bed with a bit of a cough and woke up at 7.15 with fever, running nose, headaches and a very sore throat.

Dragged my forlorn form out of bed and into my office by 9.00 - soldier on and all that. Don't want Mrs Isle of Wight Fox accusing me of giving in to man 'flu.

Feeling a bit miserable. I'm a bit cheesed off as I was really looking forward to sitting down and watching the game with my Dad and son. Three generations of Isle of Wight Foxes!!!

Still, postie's just brought my tickets to see The Buzzcocks :thumbup: Ever fallen in love with someone...

C'mon City!

Shit, absolutely shit.

I am so tired and the kids at work were so fucking irritating, but no where near as annoying as the staff.

Frankie & Bennies tonight before a few cold ones watching City will go down a treat.

Started my second week of Jury Service today, given an extended lunch (by two hours) and then sent home at 2.30 to return tomorrow.

Looking forward to the football tonight.
