I hope he is fit, annoying thing is he was playing really well for the reserves and not playing in 1st team, last match he was awful for reserves so what are the chances of him getting in the team now?

probably very good considering megson's logic...

Not until he passes his English GCSE next May :D. He played well in his time when we crushed Watford. Maybe - like many internationals - they see playing the reserves as taking the piss a bit and perhaps don't put in 100% effort.

Personally I don't see how he could drop Stearman at the minute.

WTF?

And what is CC meant to mean

I think we should drop this Kaebi hope because I can't see him featuring at all. He is not a Megson type of player and seems to be injured at the moment. Expect to see his agent ask for a transfer request in January if he's not getting a look in and think it will be granted.

That midfield would get shat on and we would get thrashed

Why the hell play King, Newton and Kaebi in the middle ? Then you have dropped are best player (hume) for Dj

Officially the worst team ever posted in the history of Foxestalk. Congratulations.

First of all Kaebi is injured.

He was replaced 10 minutes before half-time after suffering a truly miserable time getting slaughtered by WBA Reserves' left winger in a Pontins League cup match.

Ferreira is injured too. And he hasn't played a full game yet as I can recall.

What I would LIKE to see is Kaebi used as a right midfield player in the reserves for a couple of 90-minute matches with someone like Chambers behind him. Because against WBA he had precious little help at all.

That way we might discover how effective he really can be and how exposed the right back position becomes as a result.

But these kamikazi team selections, often by people who haven't seen the guy/s but are guessing because of their previous records, some highly-selective You-tube film and some equally selective and long-past public opinion, are so silly.

It happens all the time of course. It's happened with Neilsen, Chambers, Ferreira, Clarke, Hellings, Kishishev and last season it happened with Horsfield, Jarrett and even Yeates. It's like tossing a coin or throwing a dice to decide a team. Our club and our team deserves better. We are not desperate for anyone. Let's be sure that anyone who does come in is going to be an improvement.

Because I've no idea on what basis a good many of our recent signings were ever invited to come here and I've seen quite enough Horsfields and Yeates' thanks.

Kaebi is one who might have something to offer. Might. But I've watched him four times. I've been impressed once, appalled once and the other occasions have been so-so. So one good reserves game in three - plus an okay cameo in the first team. Hardly a recommendation so far even if he was fit. I'm bloody sure it's not if he's injured.

That is more or less what I said to my brother at Lincoln Reserves ! I'm sure that combination would be VERY good for us.

The other day I started a thread about people making knee-jerk reactions on players who they haven't really see play and you have done the same thing with Kaebi from reading your posts. You have almost written him off at RB and suggested he can only play at RM and even then you don't seem quite convinced despite his experiences in International football. What i`d like to say to that is two words....

STEPHEN CLEMENCE!!

Can you remember 2 or 3 games into the season when you was slating the Clem signing so much that you actually listed about 12 attributes and said that Levi would do a better job in central midfield than Clem was doing??!! If memory serves me you saw him play in pre-season too and made a decision on him. We`ll, you did make that snap judgment and it has been proven to be ridiculously way off the mark as he has arguably been our best outfield player this season.

Lets see Kaebi in the first team with good players and not make a decision on the basis of him playing with the academy lads and reserves.
