purpleronnie Posted 7 March 2008 Posted 7 March 2008 Surely winning it is whats important thing...I think so anyway.
Manwell Pablo Posted 7 March 2008 Author Posted 7 March 2008 Surely winning it is whats important thing...I think so anyway. When your talking actual strength of leagues i think having 3/4 semi final spots says more about the league than actually winning it. AC Milan weren't even paticuarly good in Serie A last season but they won the Champions League, Liverpool came 5th in the Premeir League when they won it. It's hard to conclude who has the best league just going off who's won the CL.
potter3 Posted 8 March 2008 Posted 8 March 2008 Plus maybe the Italian or whatever team win the UEFA cup more often as they could be Champions League teams that came 3rd, whereas the Prem team are normally in the top 2, in recent years at least.
Bert Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Ggreat finish by Berba. Both games look like going to et.
Uncle Albert Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Ggreat finish by Berba. Both games look like going to et. Hope not very good film on after Spurs game. The lass of Saved By The Bell is in it.

dandannieldanok Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Yakubu has just been deservedly booked for diving in the Everton game, it's bubbling up nicely for extra time.
SamL Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Delightful by Berbatov. If Everton can go through I can see them going all the way. Class act this season.
lildave3 Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Watch it! Report back to me tomorrow and i bet you will like it mate. No. No I will not watch it.
Uncle Albert Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 No. No I will not watch it. You are missing out on quality then mate. Back to the football. Which one will look more likely of going to penalties?
Mikey Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 You are missing out on quality then mate.Back to the football. Which one will look more likely of going to penalties? Spurs I'd say.
lildave3 Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Spurs I'd say. And me. Although i'm not actually watching that game at all.
lildave3 Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Jenas misses crucial penalty. At least it wasn't as bad as his Asian Premier League Trophy Final miss a few years back.
SamL Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Toffees out. They were pretty unlucky. They did well to get it back to 2-2 on Aggregate seen as Fiorentina are pretty good away from home.
lildave3 Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Chimbonda. What a horrific miss. Both English clubs out on Penalties tonight. Tut.
SamL Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 Chimbonda. What a horrific miss. Both English clubs out on Penalties tonight. Tut. Oh dear. Can't say I'm too bothered although would've been nice to see both teams progress further. Poor penalty by Chimbonda.
