Dames Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 This has all the makings of a depressing day. Yet i find myself going along to it
Ozwin Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Didn't we beat them 2-0 at home last season or the season before? I went to it, was a good game. I remember the papers talking about the Mexican Wave having a new home. fooking hell, it was crazy, 2-0 up and the whole of Leicester perked up and was having a good time for a change. It doesn't take a lot for us does it?
ronnup Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Not confident, but, Please let's have a win boys.
James. Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Leicester 1 - 0 Barnsley (I need a new signature so if this comes off I can declare my outrageous luck genius)
mkingy Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 I'm wearing my lucky shirt to the match. Yet to loose in this shirt, and seeing as a result would do us some good... Come on Leicester!
Ozwin Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 3-0 Leicester. I have a weird feeling today aswell. The Merc will be on about how we've sorted out our striker problem and Collins John will be our saviour getting 2. Taggart will be tipped to be the manager and we'll be on a roll from here on out, doing a Sunderland all the way to the end of the season. Today is when it turns around, COME ON CITEH!
James. Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Stupid question - who is actually in charge today?
Steven Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 From the OS. Team NewsPosted on: Sat 27 Oct 2007 Caretaker manager Frank Burrows makes three changes to his starting line up for the Championship clash against Barnsley at the Walkers Stadium. In come Iain Hume, Collins John and Shaun Newton for Stephen Clemence, DJ Campbell and James Chambers. Hume looks set to play behind a front two of John and Matty Fryatt, while Patrick Kisnorbo, Gareth McAuley and Bruno N'Gotty continue in defence. Campbell is named on the bench alongside Carl Cort, Levi Porter, Chambers and Paul Henderson. City: Fulop, Kisnorbo, M'Gotty, McAuley, Stearman, Wesolowski, Hume, Newton, Sheehan, John, Fryatt. Subs: Henderson, Chambers, Cort, Campbell, Porter. Barnsley: Muller, Kozluk, Souza, Devaney, Mostto, Togwell, Campbell-Ryce, Odejayi, Foster, Nyatanga, Howard. Subs: Colgan, Christensen, Ricketts, McCann, Werling.
martinrowland Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 My predictions are usually wrong so if i say 0-1 barnsley i think we may win 1-0. cmon u Bluesssssssss
Leicester Rule! Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Anyone got a link to the LiveMatchConsole on the websit?
Foxhateram Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 Leicester 2 - 0 Barnsley Wow thats a suprisngly attacking team, Frank Burrows obviously agreed with F-all Smegson was doing. Hume just infront of the midfield, weso in the centre sheehan on the left, and newton on the right. Chambers has finally been taken away from CM. he should be playing as RB imo but never mind. I have a lil feeling aobut this today, i think today is finally the day we see some goals hit that net, weve been wating for a game or two. John isa going to be good i can feel it.
Anish Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 I like the line-up. Much more attacking than under Megson. No more James Chambers in centre midfield - f**king hellelujah. Only one defensive midfielder in Weso with Newton and Hume pushing forward. It's got the potential for success.
sdb Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 team looks decent but lacking a bit of balance perhaps. only 1 left sided player. can't work out what the formation will be and who'll play where
ithuriel Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 well , we need a win. just watched QPR and in the second half they ran charlton ragged and deserved their win. looks like pardew may be looking for a new job from the boos and the poor display by charlton.
Tabou Posted 27 October 2007 Posted 27 October 2007 SORRY GUYS, NEED YOUR HELP! I have no radio, and no live chat capabilities....so does anyone know how we are playing so far??? Ta
