Yes if it does count for Monday surely an appeal would delay it thus giving other forwards a chance to get fit. I still believe it doesn't affect Monday though.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 24 November 2007 Posted 24 November 2007 We did well defensively whilst still scoring goals. 2-0 isn't a result we get that much. We actually scored from open play. A striker and everything. Sheehan sounded much better at left-mid, Mattock sounded much better with a midfield in front of him. In fact the left sounded pretty sound full stop. Good sign. Clean sheet. 50-year first-manager record thing. So many positives. I'm more optimistic after this win than I have been since Allen left. I'm not too bothered if we draw or lose Monday, even, because I really believe Holloway will do the business. If we win well, I'll be on the ceiling. u know the score
