YES!! someone who agrees with me handing out awards for gallant losers and nearly men is the reason in this county we struggle so much to win any major events and it will always be the same until this attitude changes imo

A celebration of our national football team's failure to qualify for Euro 2008, our national rugby team's failure to win the World Cup, our best F1 driver's failure to finish off the World Championship, our best boxer's failure to beat Mayweather, our cricket team's failure to win the World Cup and our inability to even remotely accurately budget for an Olympic Games.

No. Do many people know what he has done in the past year? No. Do most people know what Hamilton achieved this year? YES. Were most of the British people fascinated by his year? YES. Were people watching his races week after week hoping that he won? YES. Personally, I haven't a clue what Calzaghe did this year... not at all significant. Whilst Hamilton, certainly has had a GREAT year and has shot up to stardom... surely there can only be one winner. Taxi For Filbofox. Lewis Loser did just that. Wish I had Bet Calzaghe though, 29-1.
