Nielsen looking for a way out...

Article from Danish TV2:

http://sporten.tv2.dk/fodbold/article.php/...89.html?forside

Basically Jimmy Nielsen has returned to Denmark to try and find a new club. He has been told by Leicester, that he can leave for free, and that any new club will not have to pay anything to get him.

He will try and find a club in Scandinavia, that will take him on, but if nothing happens he is still on a contract with Leicester until the summer of 2009.

Fingers crossed he will find somebody to take him on. But I could fear he is willing to do a 'Winston Bogarde' on us, as he will get nowhere near the wage he gets here in Scandinavia.

I'll get a gun, shoot and shoot him. Then we'll have to cancel his contract because he wont be alive to honour it.

May need abit more planning, but i think it could work!

I hope that you realise that post doesn't come across as ironic and you do actually sound like a serial killer. I don't know what you look like, but I'm guessing somewhere in between Private Pile and Richard Ramirez??

Talk about football being the Golden Goose. It really is a pity football managers don't have to invest their own money.

Seriously how much money could MM have saved just by paying someone to vet our potential signings properly before contracts were completed?

Because I reckon anyone with a basic knowledge ofChampionship football could have saved him the outlay on at least 8/9 players. And that's not in retrospect. It was clearly obvious some signings wouldn't make it here almost from the start.

Andany sort of due diligence beforehand would have discovered that.

Thank fook. The Allen shite will be removed one by one. Minus Deej

I wouldn't be so quick to blame Allen again on this one. Considering we had already tried to sign the guy a couple of times before (Levein/Kelly.) I think Milan found a list of players in his new desk when he bought the club.

We did have someone, McKay and he cost us a lot of money!

Aalbino Aalborg

I don't know why I find that post to be funny, but I... well, I find that post to be funny.

Lets be fair to the guy. He hasn't been good enough but he is at least trying to carry on his career elsewhere. Legally he could sit and do nothing and pick up his wages until 2009 so he'll leave with my best wishes if he does sort himself out.

are you going to throw him a welcome home party on behalf of all foxes supporters

Nah, probably just going to let him get on with his football life. I never really been a fan of him, but I was hoping that he could cut it at Leicester, so we would have had a Danish lad around, but his flaws were too exposed in English football. He still has a good reputation in Denmark, so he should be able to find a taker for his services.

One that will pay him more than us. Sadly I'm a doubter.
