Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 I can't get on LCW, but i've heard there's a few interesting snippets. Could someone give a run-down on what he said. Any news on other transfers other than the Osbourne deal?
Unabomber Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Osbourne injured, was meant to train on tuesday. He now hopes that he will be here on monday. DJ trained and Holloway was impressed and pleased with him, also states we have won every match when he has scored, not sure on this tbh. Also says that Hume played up top with Howard today and he has never seen anyone smile so much, and he hates playing out wide. He also said that he has been driving round the area, and went past Cov, he says he only wants players who are aware of the importance of beating them, and finally he says how Kenton will not be offered another contract with us.
Staf Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Good to see Hume starting up front but that will no start for Fryatt unless he plays just behind the strikers ?

WE've only won one of the 4 games that he's scored in. Holloway's insane. Any transfer news?

DAMN YOU RIC FLAIR, DAMN YOU TO HELL!
Ric Flair Posted 10 January 2008 Author Posted 10 January 2008 Good to see Hume starting up front but that will no start for Fryatt unless he plays just behind the strikers ? Good, he's been crap for a while now. Ipswich aside.
Unabomber Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Campbell's only scored in one game we've won this season. DAMN YOU RIC FLAIR, DAMN YOU TO HELL! I'm going to have to listen to it again to see if I am mistaken, cos surely a manager shouldn't get something like that wrong...Surely
Fox You Forest Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Good, he's been crap for a while now. Ipswich aside. He was excellent against Charlton, but still not worthy of a place in my opinion.
The People's Hero Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 I can't decide whether to have pie or cod for dinner tonight.
Nationwider Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 I can't decide whether to have pie or cod for dinner tonight. What sort of pie?
Unabomber Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Haha, that's crazy. WE've only won one of the 4 games that he's scored in. Holloway's insane.Any transfer news? No not really except for Kenton going and not getting a contract, and Osbourne hopefully coming in either on Monday or Tuesday. BTW I was mistaken, Holloway says that DJ has played in each of our wins.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Holloway said Campbell played in every victory we had before he took over.
lildave3 Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 He was excellent against Charlton, but still not worthy of a place in my opinion. I think excellent is going over the top slightly. I say slightly, I mean alot.
dandannieldanok Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Hume must now show us that he can be our main striker. Finally he is going to be playing up front alongside a player capable of heading the ball and playing up front with wingers supplying good quality service from the flanks (hopefully). I hope he gets a run in the team alongside Howard with the two Hungarian boys on the wing, Clemence and Osbourne behind, I think once we have that system we'll be able to see Hume's full potential. If he doesn't show any I think Ollie should show him the door come the summer, we have got to the stage where hard work simply isn't enough.
Fox You Forest Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 I think excellent is going over the top slightly. I say slightly, I mean alot. By the standards set this season ill stick with excellent i think.
renards Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 I can't decide whether to have pie or cod for dinner tonight. Cod pie?
BigGibbo Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 I can't decide whether to have pie or cod for dinner tonight. If its red meat go with the pie
Hammster Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 What do you reckon the squads going to be? I reckon Alnwick,Stearman,Kisnorbo,N'Gotty,Sheehan,Zsolt Laczko,Clemance,Wesolowski,Gabor Bori ,Hume,Howard
Fez of Mahrez Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Holloway said Campbell played in every victory we had before he took over. That's wrong as well anyway. He was an unused sub for the Barnsley home game. Spotter's badge for Fez. And possibly a new job to keep him more occupied than this.

Well, eleven doesn't seem to have been working so far this season. Think you might be onto something.....
Guest Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 So you reckon we will only side ten players? Well, eleven doesn't seem to have been working so far this season.Think you might be onto something..... Ah the old 'less is more' philosophy

Or are you hoping that Leicestershire's budding entrepreneurs are scouting Foxestalk for recruitment talent?
Jon the Hat Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 Hume must now show us that he can be our main striker. In fact we have got the stage where if we don't see some hard work from everyone we are well and truly stuffed.
lildave3 Posted 10 January 2008 Posted 10 January 2008 You know you actually have to apply to them first? Or are you hoping that Leicestershire's budding entrepreneurs are scouting Foxestalk for recruitment talent? Not worked so far.
