DB11 Posted 26 January 2008 Posted 26 January 2008 My brother plays for the academy. Just play for the top City teams, get spotted and go to trials I think is how it goes. But there is a pyramid type thing and you must work your way up to the top, which is the 'main' academy. That's what my brother is in I think
