I don't know how you do it. I couldn't run down to the shop (unless it was for a pack of fags), let alone a marathon.

I haven't done the full monty yet. Marathon wise. That's in April. This Sunday, I have a 150 minute run to do, which should be 16ish miles. Assuming my knee stops hurting.
