it was your quality Goal Keeping that put Paul Henderson to shame...

The mass cheers when you caught the ball, the chats of "sign him up" ... the quality spoke for itself ;)

Everyone in the U21's were pretty awesome to be honest! :D

Special mentions to Maybes, Ruddle, LD3, and Bert who in my opinion stood out as being solid, pacey and skillful.

My vote goes to Micky for us and maybe the Singh, Tomassi or Rowlatt's in goal who I thought did a sound job.

Yeah after he let two shambolic goals in at the near post :D

But he sure made it up by the catch he made afterwards.

Sparky was MOM for us I reckon, tried his best to organise everybody and defended well overall. Tomassi was good on the ball but didnt really get the service, Karim did well and to be honest TPH was better than I thought he would be, also The Hillsdonator? and Singh was solid.

As for the U21s, everyone was solid but the standout players were JME and Bert, Bert just shades it for MOM though due to his excellent goal goal in second half. Also Tommeh skinned me everytime in the first half, not sure if it was because he was good or i was just crap though.

you made some world class saves 2nd half mate , could have been double figures but for those saves lol

I have a problem on my right side.

I can dive on it. but when I do i have to roll onto my left side.

Mainly because of an old injury that I feel concious of.

Should have been 4 - 4 at half time. Don't get me wrong, we were clearly the lesser team. And I think Alex probably robbed you of a goal in the first half, too. But I'm pretty sure we had LFF and Tom both put 1 on 1 and flagged incorrectly offside. I guess you just have to accept dubious officiating is going to happen in these games, and being a linesman is harder than it looks. ;)

But other than that, Tom hit the post, yeah. And his shot/cross gave Karl his goal.

Surprisingly enough I didn't intentionally rule out anything that shouldn't have been!

Now if Cobbo had listened to some of my calls a bit more...

Does any one have any more pictures?

I started a thread with mine in but there's not actually too many from the match.

Thanks to those who gave me some nice comments.

Considering it was the first time i played in 6 years,since i disclocated my knee,i was just glad to have escaped getting injured!

I personally blame Ormo for our loss!!!! :)
