The reply is usually something along the lines of "Oh I see - how do you like it? Today's weather must have come as a bit of a shock to you". Not really, I've experienced six full winters now.

I don't think she is particularly photogenic or beautiful to be honest but if you have seen her interviews or heard her sing she has something about her.
