MC Prussian Posted 3 February 2008 Author Posted 3 February 2008 Yes there was a need for that. He was mouthing off about how inhabitants of this forum are incapable on intelligent debate and are all spotty little oiks.Well I know for a fact that is wrong because 1. I can look in a mirror and 2. I have met some of the more intelligent posters on here. Nevermind the fact that he clearly hasn't got a clue what he is talking about when it comes to football. Ronaldo, Laczko, same sentence, yeah... ok. He IS an idiot and I'll f**king tell him that because hopefully he'll take a look at what he's said and realise that I'm telling the truth. And the last thing I need is you getting all pompous because Daggers has rattled your cage. This is an internet forum not a hippy commune and banter, insults and arguments are all part of what keeps it going. If you're getting intimidated then I suggest you stop taking it so seriously. I respect much of what you say but trying to impose some kind of peaceful harmony is a pointless task and one that overall would be of little benefit to this place. It needs arguments, debate, banter and a few insults here and there. In any case "idiot" is like a pat on the back compared to some of the vitriol that gets spouted! Don't you think you're exaggerating yourself a weenie little bit here? And as for taking it all "too seriously" - look at your own posts! Or is it all just a wind-up?

Daggers Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Go on Son.. This board needs intelligent debate, i'm afraid it's main inhabitants are not able to participate in that.A duffers clique is more than apparent on this board and the sooner it's realised that the clique is nothing more than a few spotty adolescents the better. Regardless of whether someone has attended a game or not, they can voice an opinion surely?. I attend very few, not for any reason other than i have my own business, that needs my time more thn LCFC at present and i'm fcuked if some spotty little oik is going to tell me i don't support them because i don't attend!! Intelligent debate like your contributions in the Joe Mattock thread here, here, here and here? And what were you saying to Mark about grammar? I'll just go and strike that +2 to the Spotty Oiks.

Simi Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Sheer Frustration For City StrikerSteve Howard's second goal for the Foxes proved scant consolation for the striker at Bloomfield Road on Saturday afternoon. The target man drew City level in the 62nd minute after Blackpool had taken a third minute lead through Captain Gary Taylor-Fletcher. But former Fox Paul Dickov's last gasp effort sent the 1,700 visiting fans home disappointed when a draw looked the most likely outcome in the difficult conditions. Howard said: "Of course, it's always nice to score but it takes the shine off it when you end up losing the game and particularly in the manner we did. "The conditions were terrible and the pitch wasn't the best but we should have still been able to hang on and grind out a draw and keep our unbeaten run going. "But Blackpool adapted better to the conditions and the surface and in the end we paid the ultimate price." After a lacklustre first period, Ian Holloway's side improved after the break and Howard even admitted that he thought City could have actually gone on to win the contest after his goal. "A few things were said at half-time and I thought we responded," he added. "I thought we were comfortable at 1-1 and could even have nicked it. "But it wasn't to be; one long ball has cost us." The Foxes have dropped to 20th in the Championship table as a result ahead of next Saturday's home clash with Plymouth at the Walkers Stadium. "It's frustrating and disappointing when you lose games like that but we've got to work hard in training this week and get back on track against Plymouth. "We are quite capable of putting another run together if we put these little errors to bed. "We must just get on with things and put this defeat to the back of our minds. "There is nothing we can do about it now."
lildave3 Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 My Golly! My arabian derby prize, thou shalt not forget. Can't believe one got given to a little girl. They were ours <_<
Floating Fox Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 Me & Ld3 won them on the Arabian Derby  Got bored so we decided to throw them around which turned into a bit of a cult! Got thrown over the back so at HT we asked the steward if he could fetch 'em but he said we'd need a "Health & Safety officer" Next thing I know Hes got them at the front of the stand, given one to a little girl and then theres loads of blokes trying to get the other one Luckily he kept it for me! Got back to my seat and threw it again! Some retard threw it over the back again though Great day out, was completly knackered when I got back! Blackpool fans really got behind there team and would make the walkers look like a funeral (Even if Bloomfield Road does only have 2 stands!). Great Bouncing from the Leicester fans to try and warm ourselfs up as well. Finally, Hope they stay up.
Ashley Posted 3 February 2008 Posted 3 February 2008 My dad stayed over for the weekend in Blackpool and was speaking to some Blackpool fans after the game. The Blackpool fans said Leicester have been the best fans to go to Bloomfield road this season and have been the loudest. He also added Leicester fans were mental for jumping up and down for most of the game and he said the stand could of gone thru at any minute.

Our away support is usually weak.
