Big Ol' Bob Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 You know the situation. Just nipped in your local corner shop, grab a paper etc, fancy a bar of something, look at the selection. What is it you go for, personally I eye up the Yorkie's, Snickers and Mars, maybe a slight glance at the Topic's but try to avoid Kinder Bueno's etc incase I come across a ponce to the bloke behind the till. Tends to end up as a snickers though, or maybe I should just cut them out and stop being a greedy shit. What about YOU?
Joe. Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Like you, it has to be Snickers or Yorkie. But I'm sometimes tempted by the poncy option also of Dairy Milk with Caramel...
Vardinhio Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Double Decker or Twix normally. Or one of those new smoother galaxy bars.
Unabomber Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Snickers or Lion bar usually, or maybe peanut m and ms
The People's Hero Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Raisin and Biscuit Yorkie. I used to love a Maverick me.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 I've given up chocolate for Lent. So it would have to be a Nutri-grain bar or something like that.
Zingari Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 those mis-shape things from that bloke in the market
Asha Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Boost. Or double decker. Or crunchie. All 29p each in my evington off-license
The People's Hero Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Boost. Or double decker. Or crunchie. All 29p each in my local. Boost. Great call.
Simi Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Snickers - The chocolate bar of real men. Others include - Lion, Topic or Bueno.
AoWW Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Ah ha, chocolate - now we're talking my language. Biscuit and raisin yorkies are always very tempting; as are those new kinds of flake - the less crumbly ones, praline, I think; toblerones - mmmmm; really like those new peanut kit kats; or peanut M&Ms. Maltesters deserve a mention. Oh, and I used to like those Fry's chocolate covered mint bars - but can't seem to find them much these days. I'm convinced chocolate has medicinal properties. I feel a trip to the shop coming on......
LeeCovFox Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Boost. Or double decker. Or crunchie. All 29p each in my evington off-license Which particular Evington of license would this be?
MC Prussian Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Anyone want some expert advice? Mmmhh... Chocolat...

Asha Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Which particular Evington of license would this be? Think it's called Tetley's off license - on Downing Drive next to chip shop. I think they're actually a fraction smaller but for 29p worth buying surely.
Bryn Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 Yorkie, Mars, Double Decker, Boost or Galaxy for me. Takes me ages to choose as well.
Zingari Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 who'd like to unwrap this and get their lips around it

AoWW Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 But...but...but...yorkies aren't for girls... pfft, I'd happily fight anyone for a Yorkie - and I'd probably win. Perhaps i'm not your typical 'girl'.
